Then, enjoy a private tour at 4:30pm where a guide representing the skyscraper will take you to the observation deck on 89th floor (altitude of 1,253 feet or 382 meters), affording you incredible views of Taipei and the stunning landscape surrounding it.     This is an amazing tour. The guides actually work for the building management at Taipei 101, so they have access to all of the secret elevators. One of the members of our party is older and needed a wheelchair, Not only did the tour provide one, but they wheeled her throughout the tour and made sure that she did not miss anything. They addressed all of our concerns and needs and even helped us with shopping at the end of the tour. Finally, they refused to take a tip, even though we offered them. There was five of us in our tour, and there were three excellent tour guides. Enough said.
