Great experience and an excellent cruise! Estonia was worth visiting and we had a great time there!!
Sergei was an awesome tour guide. We are so happy we took the day trip to see the beautiful and historical city of Tallinn. The cruise was comfortable and had everything we would’ve wanted on a 2 hr trip. Definitely recommend.
We had a great day with Sergei inTallinn! The company provided clear instructions and made getting on the ferry easy and Sergei was there to greet us as we arrived in Tallinn. He spent the majority of the day driving us from site to site and was incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He walked us around Old Town and then gave us a little time on our own to eat and circle back to things we wanted to see more closely. Again, it was incredibly easy to get the ferry back to Helsinki. My husband mistakenly left his cell phone in a cafe and I cannot say enough good things about how hard this company worked to help us get it back- even across the Gulf of Finland! I would 100% recommend this your for an enjoyable and informative day trip to Tallinn.
One of the highlights of our tour to Iceland 🇮🇸 & Finland 🇫🇮 in Dec 2021. This medieval city of Tallinn is totally mesmerising... specially in a day with full snow ❄. We walked all round the old city during the day and also had a chance to see the new area of the city. People are very friendly and helpful. A lunch at a Medieval Restaurant - Olde Hansa - in the city Square was also an amazing experience. Don't forget to enjoy few glasses of Mulled wine sold in the street stalls.
My wife and I had an unexpected private tour of Tallin due to the reduced tourist travel during Covid. Our guide was a perfect English speaker who was extremely knowledgeable in the history of Estonia and took us to special places that we would have never found on our own. His recommendation for a lunch restaurant was superb. Also very impressive is that we were picked up at our hotel a 9:15 AM, greeted at the ferry terminal in Helsinki when we returned at 10:15 PM and driven back to our hotel which was quite a distance. Overall a 5 star experience!
We were staying in Helsinki on honeymoon after getting married in Copenhagen -and decided on a day trip across the Baltic to Tallinn. We were picked up promptly from the hotel in Helsinki - met in Tallinn by Sergei, the guide (who gave us a brilliant and informative tour - and got us back to the ferry port later after some free time) - and met again on the return by a driver at the port in Helsinki which us saved us getting soaked in the rain. Thanks, guys - all much appreciated!!
Overall excellent trip, well managed and organised. Anastasia was really good in taking us around Tallinn, explaining history, culture and main attraction including shops and restaurants. And finally beautiful old town.
Very good guide, showed all the points of interest in the city, explained in 3 hours the history of the city, recommend.
Fast, friendly, affordable, Burger King. Some great views and a very comfortable ride. Quite a bit of space and good facilities.
We are so happy for this tour. Everything was well organized from the pick-up at our hotel to the drop-off at our hotel by Nikolai. First, he took us to the cashier where we had to show our passports and exchange our vouchers for tickets (to and from Tallinn) on the Megastar ferry. After discussing pic-up, Nikolai left and we got on the ferry. The ferry was great. It is a huge cruise boat. After 2-hours of shopping and dining, we arrived to Tallinn to be greeted at exit by Aljona, our guide (she had a sign with our names on it). She took us on a 3 hour tour where we pretty much saw all the main points of interest and learned a lot - just a perfect amount for one day trip. After that, we had another 3 hours of time alone in Tallinn where we enjoyed walking on the cobblestone streets of the Old Town. We ended up seeing a couple of additional things recommended by Aljona. We had dinner on the main square. After that, we reunited with Aljona and she drove us back to the ferry. We found Aljona to be an amazing guide. She drove us to several sites and we enjoyed her commentaries. She gave us just the right amount of detail we could digest in one-day trip, and we learned a lot. She was sensitive to our needs throughout the tour. The ferry Megastar was fun on a way back, because they had great live music there. Upon our arrival to Helsinki, we were picked up by Nikolai. He took us back to the hotel. We feel that the trip was very well organized and well-priced for what we got. In the end, we think that we would not get as much of the day or learn as much if we did it all by ourselves. We recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day in Tallinn, Estonia without the hassle of organizing it all. Thank you Easy Travel! PS. Please forgive us if we misspelled any names:)
