Although we had very rainy weather, Yelena did a great job keeping my spirits up. Her knowledge and descriptions were very helpful in getting a perspective on the city. She had to deal with other customers on the tour that were complaining most of the time... about everything. I appreciated our experience and would join a tour in Tallinn again.
