80 kilometers to the North of Ha Noi is Tam Dao Range. Stretching into the network of valleys below, this picturesque scene rises 1,000 meters above sea level and has an average temperature between 18 to 25 degrees Celsius. The nearby town of Tam Dao was discovered and built by French colonists in the early 19th century. This romantic and majestic town is surrounded by a picturesque landscape where clouds and fog roll along the mountainside, covering the grass and houses.
We will spend the day at Tam Dao and stop to bathe in a pool of water halfway up the mountain, before we visit Silver Waterfall and the temple is dedicated to the Goddess of the Jungle.Tam Dao ancient church was built in 1937, this was built as per French architecture with the length of 26 meters, width of 11 meters. In addition, you can see a 93 meter television tower. The way to reach here is very hard but romantic and poetic. You can see a lot of beautiful flowers such as orchids, chrysanthemum and wild flowers on the ways. The weather here is rather similar to that in Sapa or Da Lat. You can perceive four seasons in a day: Spring in the morning, Summer at noon, Autumn in the afternoon, Winter in the evening.
