After we arrived at the hotel in the first day, we found out the hotel standard is much lower than we booked, The hotel we booked should be Ngorongoro Serena LodgeMoiraro Lodge, however, we lived at Arusha Centre Inn and such standard. The price is much different. Then we asked Steve, who work at the Mawere Tours and Safaris, he told us the schedule of our safari he know is totally different from what we booked. Our voucher shows the schedule should be like what showing in the attachment luckly we have the printscreen, the Mawere change there itinerary on Viator after we doubt about the schedule. However, Steve told me the schedule he think is like the attachment package letter from Mawere Tour, the schedule is not the same as the advertisement descriptions on Viator. Steve also said what we show him about the itinerary on is not what they posed. However the tour code is totally the same, and the contact number of the local operator is their number, so it is their safari! After we came back, we ask the refund for the hotel and change of itinerarynot fully refund, they refused by 1 e-mail and never write back. Totally false advertisement!
To be objective, our local driver and guide Emmanuel is a wonderful guy.
