Overview
Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of the Italian cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine.During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). The hosts Carla and Fabio were wonderful teachers and chefs. The art of pasta making is unique and we went through each step with delicious results. I enjoyed getting just outside Ferrara to see the fresh herbs and garden that they have built and use in their cooking. We prepared tortellini with ricotta filling and a strata with puff pastry and filled with zucchini, carrots and provolone cheese. Incredible opportunity for skill building and culinary delights. Perfecto!!

Particolare da non trascurare: il menu era tutto senza glutine e non ho dovuto rinunciare a nulla. Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza. The experience at Elisa's house was perfect. Excellent traditional food and Elisa an excellent hostess. We felt like family thanks to her helpfulness and friendliness.
