  • It makes for a rewarding experience to have a knowledgeable and friendly guide like Alex to take you round such a fascinating site. He took great care that we experienced the site apart from other groups so that taking photos and listening to details at each of the stops we made within the tour were undisturbed by other visitors. Climbing the two Sun and Moon pyramids and gaining a panoramic view of this magnificent site were hugely enjoyable although I'd say if you had any health issues or are unsteady on your feet I'd give be very careful about attempting them. After the visit to the pyramids there is a stop for lunch. Not the best part of the trip for me. Wasn't best impressed by the food available but my companions seemed to be happy with it. There is the option of ordering from the menu or a buffet. There's also a tequila and mescal tasting session beforehand. All in all it's a good idea to go early and catch this place as the day starts. It's April now and it's not the warmest when the sun's not up so with an early start take a light jacket or long-sleeved top to cover the first few hours. After that it heats up. I'd recommend this tour to any of my friends if they were visiting. Very enjoyable.

  • Luis and the rest of the team were dedicated and helpful guides for our day in Teotihuacan. We booked the bike tour which was very fun and they were careful to go at our pace and even called a car when one of our trip was having difficulty, so she could be driven the rest of the way the bike tour should be fine for most riders! It was just hard for her because she hadn't biked in ages. Definitely recommend this tour and also the taco stand outside the pyramid gates! Those were amazing!

  • Our guide was Luis and driver was Anjelica. Both very pleasant and welcoming. Luis was a very informative guide. This was GREAT value for money. There were just two of us so we were able to go at our own pace. Anjelica met us at our hotel and drove us to the pyramids site where Luis was waiting for us. After the walking and climbing, we stopped for a local snack and then visited two more sites where the murals were so clear. Then lunch and the drive back to our hotel. One more thing, we booked this trip just one day in advance yet everything went like clockwork.

  • Great tour! Our tour guides, Daniel and Jorge, with very knowledgeable and friendly! Recommend it to all.

  • Tour was so simple, from being driven from our hotel in Mexico City to the sight, to our ride around the ruins and hike up each of the pyramids. We were fortunate in our tour of the pyramids was private, simply due to time of year.

Our guide Daniel filled our brains with so much knowledge, allowed us to take our time hiking up the ruins. He was wonderful.

I would definitely recommend this tour, the sight doesn't offer much in the way of a history lesson limited signage etc. So having a guided tour ensures you get a complete understand of the significance of this historical site.

  • I happened to be the only person who signed up, so I had a private tour. The driver did a good job driving safely round way. The tour guide who showed me around the archaeological zone was excellent. He explained things in a straightforward and effective manner, and he also used a tablet to show pictures and maps. He patiently answered my questions, and I learned a lot about the pyramids and Mexican culture. We had two shopping stops before headed back to Mexico City. The reason I am giving this tour four stars instead of five is that compared to some other PRIVATE tours that offer similar experience, this tour seems to be a bit overpriced. Nevertheless, I had a great day, and I am pleased that I had enough time to enjoy the archaeological zone. Recommend.

  • The tour was awesome! We cycled all around outside the historical area and visited some ruins that are located outside the main area. We then walked all around the inside of the archaeological site and climbed the pyramids. The guide was very knowledgeable and had information to share about everything we passed by. I am normally very picky about this, and I was impressed.
The visit to the Tuna Products Factory felt a little like a sales exercise, but still informative, it included tasting an there was no pressure to buy anything.
On that day, just I and my partner had booked the tour and it was conducted just for the two of us in all detail. Overall, we had a great day and I would recommend this as a great way to visit Teotihuacán to anyone.

  • This tour included the Teotihuacan pyramids and three ruin sites nearby. We traveled by bicycle but you can use a bus if you want. It was awesome. The terrain is flat so almost anyone can make the trip. The guide was very polite and asked several times how we were doing. They were very accommodating. After the pyramids, we were taken to lunch at a local restaurant. There was plenty of food, fish or chicken, and salad, or rice and beans, and a beverage which could include beer. Take your time and try to climb one of the pyramids because the view is amazing. Everything was perfect. My activity tracker indicated about 5 miles of biking.
