Our guide Angela was great, she was funny and very knowledgeable. The food and drinks were tasty and they had vegetarian options for me. I went with a group of 6 people. Would recommend.

we had a very nice time on this tour. The food was really good , the history and the stories were riveting. All in all this is highly recomended.

The best ever food tour that I have gone on!!! The tour guide was so informative and told us all the little secrets of Old Town San Diego. She brought us to the best eateries in town. I am a lover of Mexican food but what we were served was by far the best I've ever eaten. I was given a vegan option or fish option which didn't take away from the meal at all. We were educated by an expert on where and how Tequila is made and the history of it. The grave yard we visited was very interesting, Definitely a must do tour. Treated top class on a fine tour. Come with a big appitite because the amount of food tasted is a meal in itself.

We met Angela at our first stop. She has a great personality for this tour. She's knowledgeable, peppy, made sure we all got exactly what we were looking for on this tour.

This is the best tour ever!!!! Our guide was wonderful.!!!!! She had lots of great information stories. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. We had so much good food. If you only have time for one tour , take this one. The night was lovely. The walk enjoyable. And again our guide was fantastic.

Guide was nice and organized. But tour felt like a bit of a sham and not worth the price. Margaritas were good, tacos not so great. Aside from restaurant stops the tour takes place on street. There are a couple of ghost stories and that's about it. We saw another ghost tour, might be a better deal.

This tour was amazing!

Would have been better if we were told ahead of time we would be eating what amounted to a good size supper when all the stops are included. Very tasty and historically informative. Highly recommend it. Our guide Kevin provided a good amount of historical information on Old Town.
-
The food was great but it was difficult for our guide as we were a family with another younger couple. We did not have a lot in common to get the group to bond...but I would reccommend it.

We were really looking forward to enjoying the drinks and food along with learning a bit of history. Rochelle was friendly and enjoyed telling stories of Old Town. It was a perfect evening weather wise and we did meet some friendly people. We have been on several city food tours where there is more mingling of participants however we found that those who were in groups of fours stuck to themselves and were hard to socialize with. We also felt like the size of the group was too large 20 /- people.
We felt the best taco and margaritas were served at Café Coyote you could detect the drinks had tequila. However with each restaurant we visited you were left wondering if there was any tequila in the drinks. The final stop was at a shop which served up root beer floats the tastiest part of the agenda when arrived the proprietors seemed surprised to see us and were not at all prepared to serve such a large group0. I think a self guided tour would have been better you can buy your own margaritas 9with detectable tequila and choose tacos that may be more suitable to your palate.
