I found the tour guide to be rather disrespectful and uninterested in this important historical place. She gave little to no information on the way there, no real information about the background as to what was happening in Prague at the time, and at the camp was more interested in speaking about the floods of 2002 and how expensive the damages were and how Covid affected tourism. It was really a shame. The guide that is provided by Terezin at the actual camps was great.

We left late because there was a lot of confusion about 2 people that were on the van that should not have been on the van. The time was made up towards the end. But that also put us in rush hour traffic getting home. All in all I’m glad we went.

Great tour, guide very informative. Recommended tour. Great insite to war times in prague. So glad I was not born in that era.

I do NOT recommend this tour. It says about 6 hours, but you really only spend 3 in Terezin and only about 2 at actual locations. We got an hour at the small fortress with a local guide who was rushing us through and would start telling stories when only 2 of the 15 people were at the location. She and the guide on the bus both gave contradictory information from what I was told the first time I went to Terezin and from my own research on the Holocaust. At one point we were told we had until “a quarter until 5” so 4:45 at the ghetto museum but at 4:20 I heard the bus guide yell “we’re leaving” and then heard her arguing with one of the other participants about the time. We got maybe 10 minutes at the crematorium and then were rushed onto the bus to leave an entire hour before we needed to be back to Prague. We didn’t get to see the Magdeburg barracks. This tour really was too rushed and such a disappointment. The bus also said there was free WiFi, but there was not. The “professional” guide was really just a professional babysitter with no manners. We got back to Prague at 6pm when Viator said 6:45. Go to Terezin, but NOT on this trip.

The tour was really interesting and informative. The tour guide took us around the area and shared the stories that she knew.

I recommend going to Terezin, but our tour guide wasn't good. We were rushed through the camp, without time to absorb the experience. We felt that bothbtge guide on the bus and the guide at the camp didn't care about the people on the trip. It felt like the fast food version.

Tour is divided into multiple sections. We got to see a lot more than expected with museum visits etc to. Our tour guide Helen was fab! So knowledgeable and took the time to speak to you individually. Her English is very good, and likes to make sure you understand her. Tour itself is tough going due to the history- but definitely worth it.

Really informative tour, all the guides were knowledgeable and passionate. The camp it’s self is well kept and authentic to give a better perspective of what happened there. I do feel there may have been too much squeezed into the afternoon. While the museum in the ghetto is good it felt too rushed. You will need to eat before or bring something for the bus ride as there is no stopping time.

This tour is a little too long. The coach is too small for the amount of people on the tour. It is a good tour but it’s a long day and was a cramped coach.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of information on Terezin and other Czech history. The concentration camp was very sobering and ending at the ghetto museum was perfect
