The owner, John Gambini, spent 10 minutes with us. He shared his knowledge and expertise as well as his vision for the olive oil industry in Texas. After visiting with him we enjoyed some gelato and bought a couple of bottles of his excellent olive oils.

We loved this tour! The food in the cafe was delicious and the staff are so welcoming and personable! We were lucky enough to get the owner as our guide for the tour and he was very informative and interesting. Plus they are in a beautiful location which was a nice change from the city touring we did the day before.

This was a fantastic experience. One the founding owners gave us a tour and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about how olives are grown, harvested - and consumed! The tour was comprised of a trip to the olive orchard, as well as the manufacturing plant where they process the olives. They also have a good selection of olive oils and vinaigrette's for sampling, and for purchase. Overall a fun, informative and tasty experience which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something to do near Austin, Texas.

Tour by one of the owners, into the olive grove and then the processing. Learned a lot about the production of olive oil and owners great about answering questions. Tasting room was quaint, would definitely take others when have visitors in town.
