The day begins at Casa Batll, a vibrant, tile-adorned building that stands tall on Barcelonas famous streets of Passeig de Grcia. This residence-turned-museum features countless architectural highlights, like the sweeping grand staircase of dark wood at the entrance of the building, built to look like the undulating spine of a giant beast. Gauds inspirations are almost always traced back to nature, and the gorgeous first room, with its massive bay windows and spiralling shell-like ceiling are no exception. Your guide will lead you through the various points of interest on each unique floor before the tour culminates on the buildings famous rooftop. Enjoy a panoramic view of downtown Barcelona while marvelling at Gauds vibrant and tile-studded chimneys and front facade.
