    The driver did not pick me up at the hotel door. We had to walk in the rain to his illegally parked van. The van ride was cold. I had to ask for the heat to be turned on/up. He did, however, go into the airport garage and got a cart for me and escorted me into the building airport building, in order to keep me and my luggage out of the rain. That was great.
