The guide was excellent in explaining everything. If she had a large sign saying Viator it would have been more helpful in finding the guide in the piazza as there were quite a few other tours

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and it was just the right amount of time to see the Last Supper painting. We then ended the tour at the Sforza castle which enabled us to choose how we wanted to spend the rest of the day. Just note that inside of the Sforza castle is NOT included in this tour.

Perdimos el tour por confusión en el día en que se realizaría y hubo nula empatía y apoyo de parte del personal que entrega los boletos en santa María de la Gracia (sumamente prepotentes y groseros), lo cual no es frecuente en Italia en donde se desviven en apoyarte en todo momento.

The tour was listed to be only 1.5 hours, but it ended up being 3 hours long. When I told the tour guide about this, she mentioned that she did not know it was only listed for 1.5 hours. The tour operator should either change the description on the Tripadvisor ad and make it 3 hours, or remind all guides that it's only supposed to be 1.5 hours. Other than that, it was a good tour. The guide was very knowledgeable.

This is a beautiful work of art that anyone should see if you are in the Milan area. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff was very helpful to us when our train delayed our arrival to a little bit after our entry time. They were super friendly !

It’s a great tour and well worth going. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about the Last Supper and brought a lot of the details in the pairing to life for us. As each group only gets 15mins with the painting, my feedback for the operator is to get there 30 mins ahead of the instructed meeting time or to contact the customers and inform them of any delays in getting to the meeting place.

Guide was great--enthusiastic about the topic and very knowledgeable. It was great to hear the history of such a historic painting. Afterwards, we toured the Sforza Castle. I was not overly impressed with that part of the tour. Would likely skip that the next time. Nothing against the guide or the tour itself but after hearing about and seeing the Last Supper, it was not as interesting.
