It was a little hard to find the meeting place. It's actually a cafe. Kiki found me. What a great tour guide! As we navigated the Old Town, I learned the secrets and the history of the area. I watched all the other huge groups trying to wander around and felt so glad I had chosen a small tour. Thanks for a great 3-hours, Kiki.

The tour was fine but was advertised as two hours. The actual tour only lasted about an hour and twenty minutes, too short for the cost.

This was a good tour but the guide wasn't up to Viator standards. My experience with Viator walking tours has been that the tour guides are extremely knowledgeable people with either some sort of history degree or local knowledge from growing up/living in the city for many years. This is why I always book Viator tours, even though they are more expensive than others, because the quality is always excellent. However, this one I felt was lacking.

First, I was not impressed that just 2 hours before the tour was to start I received an email asking to change it to the following day. While yes I could do that, I didn't feel that I should have had to and it messed up my itinerary for the week. Coming from Canada, a trip to Europe is a rare opportunity and I plan my days accordingly to ensure that I get to see and do everything I'd like, so I was not pleased to have to change the tour I'd booked months previously with no explanation as to why it was canceled.

Secondly, while the guide was friendly and a good story teller, he wasn't overly knowledgeable or organized. It seems we walked aimlessly around Gamla Stan with lots of silence, we ended early, and when I looked up some of the things we were told on the tour not everything was correct.

While it was an enjoyable tour and walking around Gamla Stan was very pretty, it was not up to Viator's standards. I didn't learn much and it wasn't worth the cost of the tour - I would recommend the free copenhagen walking tours instead.

What a great way to see and learn about the history and culture of such a charming city. Soma was our wonderful tour guide. We were fortunate to be in a small group and received personalized attention. Great tour. Strongly recommended!!

Dunja our tour guide met us spot on time and was a real delight , she took us around the old town and explained many things from dates of buildings , why they were built and the stories behind some of the areas she showed us. Dunja explianed the lakes and the sea as there are so many bridges . Also explained the architecture of some buildings which was very interesting. As we are staying in the old town it was great for us to find our way around . We really enjoyed her company and Dunja made it all so easy and comfortable to learn about Stockholm , Sweden . Thank you very much.

It was our first tour in Stockholm. The guide was excellent, very well prepare and willing to show us everything. Old Town is beautiful with a lot of history among its walls.

We were so lucky -- we were the only people on the tour and our guide was terrific. She spoke perfect English, was very considerate of my husband's limited walking ability because of a recent severe sprain, and was very knowledgeable about the area, the buildings and the oddities/tales of Old Town. It helps that Old Town is fascinating, lovely and historic! After the tour we had a cinnamon bun and cocoa at an outdoor cafe and people-watched, and then went to the Nobel Museum, which was great. I bought an exception science/craft book for my 6- and 4-year-old grandsons, who love it.
