Had a blast on the ride, the street performances were great, maybe a wee bit more of them but highly recommend
-
We booked the ride on our 1st trip to NY. It was amazingly funny and entertaining. One of the best things we did on our trip.
-
A kid favorite! Adults had an absolute blast, too. We brought our 9 and 11 year olds after a long day of sightseeing. The kids loved how entertaining it was and Mom and Dad were additionally happy to be sitting ;) Jack and Scott were hilarious. Any "adult" jokes went over our kids' heads so we had no problem including them. Our son, Jack, won the trivia- though they very nicely accredited it to both kids and gave them the oh so coveted "The Ride" prizes. Would absolutely recommend.

The concept is great. I wish there would have been more “spontaneous “ street performances than lots of banter between tour guides. The bus driver also hit the brakes frequently because of the tough driving conditions in Times Square.
-
This was so much fun. Take a coach, glaze one whole side and turn the seats through 90 degrees then sit back as you ride around NYC whilst being entertained by two very funny and sarcastic guides. They interact with each other and guests and at points through the trip, someone who you think is a regular person (but is a Ride performer) on the 'sidewalk' will be singled out by them and will then entertain you - perhaps a dance routine or busking etc. A really entertaining way to spent 75 mins. We bought our tickets in advance via Groupon which meant they were heavily discoed which made it even better.
-
Extremely hokey but cute and funny. The dancers, singers, etc. were very good. Unique tour format and probably best to do on the first or second day in town.

Done the Ride after reading the Ride's explanation of what it was about. There was no where near the amount of 'outside' entertainment as described and the inside entertainment was woeful. For this reason alone I would not recommend this event. Additionally the girl on our ride thought it was funny to disrespect the Queen even before she'd been laid to rest, quoting 'when can I start to make fun of the Queen' Being American does not give her an excuse to disrespect any one, let alone the Queen. Our trip was 7.15 pm on 14th September 2022

Sitting sideways on a bus where everyone faces the same way and watches the city go by. Two hosts on board will keep you entertained and there will be some surprises in the street too. I'm not going to spoil it by telling you what they are. Fun , laughter, singing and sightseeing all in one. The usual price is about $99. We had a 3 day NY pass for $200 for loads of attractions so it was great value to have this included. Would be a tougher call if you were paying the individual price. It's a bit different, does not replace the Hop on Hop off bus which covers a much larger area but great fun.

We did this after a family member recommended it. Wasn’t worth the time and luckily we used a city pass so didn’t pay for it but I feel sorry for the people who did. It was so corny and the hosts were annoying and disrespectful to the British and the fact the the queen had died a few days before. One joke would have been ok and I could see past that but they went on and on about it and bought it up a few times whilst on the trip around Times Square. It’s very uncomfortable on a hot day with no air con and you have to wear masks. The only place we had to wear one on the whole trip! You’re better sitting in Times Square and people watching for an hour instead of doing this attraction. Gutted we wasted our precious time in New York on it.

Before the tour even began the one tour guide called and threw a fit one that my 8byear old would have on his bosses voicemail about people walking on the bus without a mask even though they were putting them on as they were being seated. Even though he didnt have a mask on. We drove around and listened to our two tour guides banter arrogantly back and forth. There seemed to be no actual script. The 4 stops that had actors the actors were wonderful. The tour guides proceeded to tear down the other street performers. Also, every time we went past an American flag they sang "oh Canada" again I'm sure it was supposed to be humorous but the fact it was the weekend of 9/11 anniversary, not exactly the most appropriate time. I wish I had not wasted an hour and a half on this tour and had done something different.
