I took a tour at the Sloth Trail while the rest of my party was on a different excursion. The lady checking me in was very kind. I was lucky enough to have my own tour. Isaac was my tour guide. He took his time and was determined to show me as much as possible. He checked in with me to see if I wanted to move on or stay and watch more whenever we would see something. He was very informative- full of knowledge but also wouldn’t just make stuff up if one of my questions he didn’t know. I saw so much - a poisonous frog, tarantula, owls, so many different plants, 5 sloths (one was a mom with a baby), etc… the sloths were my bucket list item and I am so happy I went on this tour. If you didn’t have a guide, you would miss pretty much all of it. Isaac was great and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Definitely worth doing if your in the area - 100% do it with a guide or you’ll miss almost everything, we had a very friendly and knowledgeable guide called Jordan who told us everything we needed to know! Doing it with a guide also means you can use their microscopes to see the animals much more clearly. We saw lots of sloths, a snake, a poisonous frog, an iguana and a large variety of birds including an owl!
