Know More about this tour

7.00am - Your day starts when you arrive in our office, which is right across from the famous Palau de la Musica. Your guide will there to greet you and tell you all about the day ahead.
8.30am - Where else but in Europe can you visit three countries in one day? Three different countries, three distinctly different atmospheres, stunning drives, and breathtaking scenery. Depart from Barcelona at 7am, and relax during the scenic journey to Bagà. You will have the chance to marvel at the majestic rocky peaks in the Cadi-Moixeró National Park as we drive to Bagà. In Bagà, as this sleepy village comes to life, you can get a fresh pastry or sandwich in the local bakery, or a coffee in one of the many typical cafes, before rejoining your guide who will give you a short walking tour of the village before leaving you free time to explore alone. From Bagà, we will head deeper into the countryside as we drive towards the French border.
11.00am - Your next stop is the charming and beautiful ancient spa town of Ax-Les-Thermes. Your guide will recommend some of the best natural fountains to visit, and those best suitable for soaking your feet in. You will then have free time to enjoy the healing waters, browse the local artisan shops where you can buy local cheeses and cured meats, as well as looking out for a souvenir to remember your visit. After a while of wandering around this typical French village, its time to choose from one of the many local restaurant for a tradition French lunch. After a memorable French experience, you will meet back at the bus to head towards Andorra.
1.30pm - The route takes you through the beautiful Pyrenees Alps to Andorra. One the way we will cross the Pas de la Casa, an amazing high mountain pass with some stunning photo opportunities.
2.30pm - As we descend into Andorra, we will stop at a typical mountain valley where you will get a glimpse of how Andorra used to be. From here, we will head down the valleys into Andorra La Vella.
3.30pm - Andorra la Vella is the capital of the small but stunning country of Andorra, located high in the east Pyrenees, between France and Spain. This will be our last stop of the day, but you will have enough time to do a little bit of duty free shopping, grab a quick bargain or walk around its old stone streets and houses. At about 3:45pm, we will return to the bus and head back to Barcelona via a different route. This drive takes you through dramatic gorges, past verdant farming land, and alongside lakes and rivers, before the landscape levels out and the lush tones of green of the fields and the shinning grey of the mountain rocks are replaced by the dusty orange and brown hues of this arid landscape. You will stop enroute for a chance to stretch your legs and quench your thirst, before arriving back in town at about 7:30pm
4.30-6.30pm - This drive takes you through dramatic gorges, past verdant farming land, and alongside lakes and rivers, before the landscape levels out and the lush tones of green of the fields and the shinning grey of the mountain rocks are replaced by the dusty orange and brown hues of this arid landscape. You will stop enroute for a chance to stretch your legs and quench your thirst, before arriving back in town at about 7:30pm
6.45pm - The final leg of the journey takes you past the dramatic scenery of Montserrat. This iconic mountain stands out dramatically against the skyline as we begin out last part of the drive into Barcelona.
7.30 - 745pm - We end the day in Plaça Catalunya. From here, you can easily take the metro or a taxi back to your hotel. Otherwise, your guide will be more than happy to make some recommendations of where to have dinner.

This tour was the best way to visit country of Andorra which is located high in the Pyrenees. The tour guide, Bertha, was very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed history of Catalunya region and its culture. I highly recommend this tour.

The whole trip was beautiful. Spain France and Andorra. Very friendly guide and an excellent driver whom we felt very safe with

Beutiful area but but be aware do not use your phone. I got charged 1700 dollars. Phone bill. No phone/text. Just taking pictures. On that area. Out tour guide was good .mark was really excellent.

Great day out, amazing views and enough time to enjoy each area. Guide was informative, though a little hard to hear from back seat as air conditioner was loud. Seeing sights would never think to visit.

Excellent trip experiencing Spain, France and Andorra in one go. A chance to see the mountains, markets and taste the food plus drink in Catalonia. It was very warm and the bus at times was ‘like an oven’ but our outstanding guide Marco and the driver did their best to keep us all happy. A great day visiting the three countries. Marco was charismatic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable - an excellent guide.

This three country tour was a lot of fun. Our guide, Judit, was knowledgeable and entertaining. The stops at Baga and Aix en Thermes were great. We were disappointed, however, at the Andorra stop which was in a shopping district. We traveled half way around the world to see the majestic country of Andorra but were dropped in a shopping district. Some may like this but we were hoping to see the grandeur of the country.

Beautiful landscapes and cities. Berta is a great tour guide and the lady was driving smoothly and safely. It's really worth booking this trip to see 3 countries in one day. Definitely, it's a must-do! Thank you Explore Catalunya!

  • 23-Aug-2023

Overall not really worth the money. Our tour guide was good but you only get about 3 hours total off the bus. So if you want to spend most of the day driving then it's ok

  • 23-Aug-2023

Great tour guide, knowledgeable about the history. Picturesque views with photo opportunities. Favorite stops was Baga and Andorra

The views were amazing. The tour guide Steven was awesome. Most of the time is spent on the bus, however, this is where you see the most breathtaking panoramic views.
