Beautiful underrated cities, accompanied by nice and funny guides telling the most interesting stories and facts about each place.

Was a great day out, with a guided walking tour in Toledo and Sergovia. Together with enough spare time to explore and eat.

The aqueduct in Segovia was amazing and is a definite must see. Both Toledo and Segovia have wonderful sights but I think a half day in each is adequate especially if you’re short on time.

This was by far the worst tour I have ever been on. The bus was super crowded and cramped with little AC and our tour guide, Alberto, was terrible. The minute we met him, he had a scowl on his face and spoke rudely to people; this continued for the rest of the long day. His mastery of English was not where it needs to be for a tour guide for Americans, his knowledge of the history was not great, and, most of all, he was just downright mean. He was late meeting us back at the bus at the end of the Toledo tour and got furious that many people boarded the bus without him so that they wouldn’t be baking in the 100+ degree heat. He yelled at people and reamed out the bus driver for letting people board the bus, which was an act of kindness on the part of the driver. He ruined the experience for us of seeing these two amazing cities. If you decide to do this tour, ask who the tour guide is and if it is Alberto, you should cancel the tour. We literally had to Wikipedia the two cities after the tours because we barely understood a word he said. This was a wasted day for us on our short trip to Madrid—huge disappointment.

Very efficient way to visit two beautiful cities and to learn fun and interesting historical facts without having to organize and do all the research yourself! Be prepared however to follow the group ( which might mean waiting and going slower than you would normally…)

Let’s start with the good: the places we visited (Toledo & Segovia) were amazing and full of history, we would go again in a heartbeat. We wish we had more time in each location. The English tour guide in Segovia, Michael, was fantastic and really saved the whole tour experience for us. He spoke perfect English and was full of stories and knowledge! We would all ask questions and he was very engaging with everyone. Now the bad: we arrived on time at 9 am. Then they had us wait for 40 minutes on the bus!! After about 20 minutes of waiting, the bus tour guide, Jorge, said there “was a small problem with the bus” but we would still be able to do the tour. After another 10 minutes of waiting, not satisfied with his cryptic answer, I got off the bus to ask more questions about what is really going on. He said they “had a problem with the bud driver, and another driver would be here shortly”. Finally, we left 40 minutes late when the driver arrived. In addition to this, Jorge’s English was very bad, I could barely understand him and he struggled to form complete sentences in English. Finally, we arrived in Toledo and I was happy when he said we would be splitting the group and we would have another guide lead the English speaking group. Unfortunately, the “English speaking” guide, Miriam was just as bad with English as Jorge was. All the guests struggled to understand her. One guest in particular, once we arrived in Segovia remarked how thankful we were to have Michael, as the previous tour guides were not good for English speakers. Overall, I have a hard time recommending this tour company - The Yellow Tours.

It was interesting trip but we left Madrid 45 mins later than scheduled. I wish they would let us into bus faster once we arrived after our time in Toledo
