A The Greek Kitchen you'll meet our favourite Greek aunty, she's been baking for her family and friends for years and knows exactly what she's doing!
Starting from scratch you'll start with a simple recipe and work your way up to something a little more complicated:
- 1 mini eliopsomo loaf of traditional Greek olive bread; it's a real classic and has a place on every Greek house
- Kolouri bread rings with sesame seeds, the kind you see for sale all over the city
- Mini loukoumades "greek donuts", not the typical ones you will come across in the city
- Batzina pies stuffed with zucchini and feta cheese
During the class you'll break to eat something you've made while the rest is in the oven. Relax and have a chat with our aunty over a cup of traditional Greek coffee or a pot of organic mountain tea.
