Receive a delicious introduction to the world of Japanese cooking as you learn to prepare three of Japan's most popular dishes a 2.5 hour, small-group lesson (maximum of 8 persons). Learn how to make Japanese dishes inan informative Japanese cooking class in Osaka. This hands-on experience will have you whisking Matcha, powdered green tea, and making fresh tofu, ginger pork and grilled miso-paste marinated salmon as well as miso soup.

You can choose from a morning lesson, 10am, or an afternoon lesson,4pm.

You will meet your instructor at the JR(Japanrailway)Nishikujo station in front of the ticketgate and walk to the nearby cooking class studio (approximately 5 minutes) to begin your small-group lesson.

Ease into this fun and informative class with a matcha tea tasting in a room with traditional tatami floor mats. You'll whisk some powdered green tea with water, sip and relax before watching and taking in the best way to make miso soup during the opening demonstration.

Shortly after, you will learn to makefresh tofu on your own. You can enjoy a deep, rich fragrance of soy and a soft texture that will melt in your mouth.

Then, you will learn how to prepare salmon and pork in the most commonJapanese ways of preparation: some gingered pork (pork in a gingery-soy sauce based marinade) and a grilled miso-marinated salmon.

After the lesson, you will be have had an amazing experience that you'll also be able to share with friends and loved ones when you return back home.
