The tour director never showed up. Another tour let us know the operator had Covid. However our tour director never contacted us to let us know. I reached out with a phone ca and message but never heard back nor have I received a refund. Complete rip off!!!!

We did not have a REAL guide; she had no interaction with us, so the group talked among ourselves. Only thing "guide" did was rush us to two restaurants, go in and bring out our stuff. Tour should have been 1.5 hours with 3 inside restaurants, 1 GLASS of wine & selection of cicchettis per person at each place. We only got about an hour (that long only because group talked with among ourselves), went to only 2 restaurants (standing outside in a small pathway). Per person total, we only had, 2 SHOT GLASS size of wine and 2 small pieces of bread w/cod or shrimp. Not worth $42 per person and definitely not like the picture on Viator. Save your money and go to a nice restaurant.

The three bars we visited were very nice, but nothing we wouldn't have found by just dropping into almost any of the bars we passed a hundred times a day. The wine was nothing special, and though the food was nice, again, somewhat "eh." The tour guide was very pleasant and had lots of antidotes, but knowing a reasonable amount about the history of Venice, I found some of her "facts" dubious. Not unpleasant, but save your money and just wander the streets, stopping in to try the wine and food you find

This tour exceeded our expectations. Gabriella was a great guide. The 3 Enoteca's we visited were all very good and each one distinctive. The Chetteti were plentiful and very tasty at each stop.
