    Excellent driver, smooth transition from the airport to the hotel, definitely use this company again.

    The transfer was very pleasant with Simon being the driver. The planning at the company has to improve though, because we were not welcomed at Faro airport as was expected. So we had to make phone calls and wait for about half an hour.

    Although transfer was good we did not know what time the driver was picking us up from the our hotel. We got front desk to ring the company providing the transfer and the couldn't find my booking so they just gave us a rough. The driver did turn up it would of been nice to of had that piece of mind if the transfer had reached out to us and told us what time we could expect the driver.

    Our transfer was excellent. I booked the transfer with Viator and then contacted the taxi firm by telephone. I asked if it was possible to take us to a hotel in Faro Town instead of the airport as we were staying there for the night before our flight the following day. They said that was ok. The taxi arrived at our hotel in Albufeira on time and dropped us at hotel in Faro. Totally recommend this company for transfer.
