I rented a Mini Van from LA NATIONAL Rental car at LA AURORA international airport in GUATEMALA, it it’s one of the worst places to rent a car I rented thru Priceline where is shows as “economy” The personnel is very rude , you asked them to do an upgrade and they got upset , I bought insurance thru Priceline Alliaze but once you are here They make you buy another insurance for 3rd party damages + you have to leave a deposit of $530 Which you don’t even know you have to make ! Once I had the car your luggage does not fit because there is no space in the back , so the guys from the company push in the last seat to put in the luggage , the next day we were not able to put back the seat because it was broken ! I called the company to ask them to send someone to come fix the seat , they came almost at 9pm Which we had plans for dinner but had to cancel because we were waiting for them ! The lights inside the car were not working, The following day we left for our trip And the police stopped us , they said the car had 2 unpaid tickets from over a year , and if we didn’t pay them they will pick up the car So many other issues with the car !! The bumper fell too ! I do not recommend this company very unsafe cars ! They
