  • Not well organize in departure, not enough place in the bus for pick up at the hotel...we had to wait for another we arrived an hour late at Graceland. Departure from Graceland was at 13h00 and 15h00...with an hour late...we had to take the 15h00 departure...thwy should add a departure at 14h00 to accomodate us. So at 15h00 bus was full and some folk add to wait for another 16h30...

  • My husband and I visited Graceland for the 40th Anniversary in August this year - we purchased the VIP tour tickets which allowed us access to Graceland and the new build finished in spring of this year - it was a fantastic experience. We spent 6 hours looking at absolutely everything from the Graceland mansion to Elvis' jet planes and many items of interest without having to wait in queues. We will never forget the experience and it was a privilege to be a part of the 40th anniversary celebration since the King died

  • Using the VIP means you can skip the queues which is great when there are loads of people there all trying to get in and then getting the transport out!! You also have entrance to exhibits that not everyone does like all the cars and motorbikes. The diners that are on site are really good with reasonable prices. The house is awesome you can almost feel his presence as you are walking about it and when I was in the Jungle Room I closed my eyes and I could hear him laughing. The walk past the grave was very, very moving and I was lost in my own thoughts. Then it was off to the planes the Lisa Marie you could walk through which was amazing, the other smaller jet you could just look into. The whole lay-out with the new complex is brilliant we were there for about 6 hours!! Even if your not an Elvis fan just go you may be converted.

  • This experience was well worth the . We were picked up at our hotel, Holiday Inn downtown, by Sam, our very personable and knowledgeable driver. We were dropped off at the front door to Graceland for our second tour of the house and first tour of the new museums. Everything worked very well and when the tour was over we were picked up out front and returned to our hotel. Much easier than booking everything separately and trying to drive, UBER or transport otherwise. Highly recommend this package.

  • We were driven out to Gracelands by a very friendly driver. The tour was amazing and very well organised. Highly recommend.

  • The Transportation was VERY misleading - yes, they DO provide transportation, BUT only from downtown Memphis. If I had known that, I would DEFINITELY have saved the extra expense and paid the 10 to park at Graceland instead. The tour itself was NOT worth the extra we spent on it. We actually had to walk FARTHER than the regular tours, our waiting area was not nearly as nice, and so far as I can tell the only extra things received were a 7-minute video at the beginning of the tour, and a 5-minute drive in the backyard. As for Graceland, there are wheelchairs available at the mansion - when you can't use a wheelchair anywhere IN the mansion! Meanwhile, at the huge complex across the street, there are NO wheelchairs available for rent, which is just nonsense. There is a LOT of walking at the complex, and be prepared to spend about 3-4 hours touring everything there. Unfortunately, my mother only had a cane with her and so we had to leave early because of there were no wheelchairs.

  • 3 stars because of the transportation. We scheduled a 9:30 am tour of Graceland with a 9 am pickup at our hotel. They picked us up at 9. Made 2 more pickups at nearby hotels and took us to the welcome center for 'staging'. We arrived at the welcome center along with another Memphis Best Tours bus and were told we had to exit the bus and another bus would be by shortly to pick us up and take us to Graceland. We waited around there for about 25 minutes. The same bus and driver came back for us at 9:50 am and took all of us to the Graceland ticket office. Our tickets weren't ready because no one called ahead to reserve them. We waited around another 10 minutes for our driver to pick up our tickets. We then boarded a Graceland bus after receiving iPads and headsets bring your own earbuds and were driven across the street to Graceland the house. We then watched a 7 minute film complete waste of time and walked to the front door to begin our tour. It was 10:45 am when we stepped through the front door to begin the VIP tour. That's a long time from the 9:30 tour we signed up for. The tour itself was great and we could spend as much time at Graceland and the nearby exhibits as we wanted. Also, the tour company return buses were avail at 1 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm. We finished everything, including exhibits about 1:45 pm. It would have been nice to have a 2 pm bus return. we recommend you take Uber or a taxi to and from the Graceland ticket office and purchase your tickets when you get there. This tour company wasted a lot of our time and made our day much longer.

  • We visited Graceland in 1987 and now in 2017.Pickup was great and spot on time wise. We were in Memphis because our son got married at The Chapel in the wood at Graceland. Every one in our wedding party , Elvis fan or not really loved his house. Being big fans my wife and i are not sure about the complex across the road. While the exhibits are breathtaking some of the merchandise they sell are awful. Graceland complex

  • The trip was amazing! We booked the VIP part in order to skip the queues and it worked out perfectly. The house and grounds were beautifully presented and displayed an insight into how the man himself must have lived.

  • Very good tour gave a lot of information. with new museum takes a awhile to get through all the exhibits.
