Worst experience ever. This tour doesn't even exist. The tour operator with whom Viator works booked us with another agency for 12 hour tour which wasn't the same. We couldn't go because we could miss our flight and that’s why specifically we booked for 9 hours tour which no travel agencies in Cancun do. So, we had to roam by ourselves spending more money and did not even get refund. This site is terrible would never use it again.
