You will begin your adventure with a pick up service from the pier of Playa del Carmen to go to the world-famous Tulum Archeological Site, where your expert guide will introduce you to the mysteries of this ancient Mayan civilization.

Become enlightened about the significance of Tulum, a Mayan word for wall, as you admire the impressive cliffs overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Tour the grounds for 1.5 hours, including time to explore some of the incredible sites on your own, and learn how the walled fortress in the Mayan Riviera once served as a main port for the Mayan Empire during the post-classical period.

Then, head to Tankah Eco-Park, just a 20-minute drive away, where you’ll be greeted and refreshed with purified water and tropical fruit before you begin your exciting eco-adventure. First, enjoy a guided trek and explore the jungle along a rustic native road to get to Cenote Cueva and Cenote Piraña. Zipline, relax in the refreshing waters and discover rock formations. Next, soar to heights above 690 feet (210 meters) along two zipline cables as you cross the largest cenote in the Mayan Riviera. Fly through the air, taking in the beauty of the jungle below you.

Then, cool off for a relaxing swim, and paddle through the beautiful freshwater Cenote of Tankah aboard a comfortable kayak. You’ll be captivated by the gorgeous open-air cenote, the largest in the Maya Riviera, as well as the surrounding flora and fauna. When you’ve dried off, enjoy a delicious regional lunch buffet including handmade tortillas and fresh fruit beverages. • Tulum was beautiful! We had a great tour guide and got beautiful pictures but keep in mind that it is hot!! Tankah Park eco-adventure is freaking amazing!! You zip-line into a cenote, zip line through the air, canoe, and swim in a clear water cenote. It is the best part of the tour!! It is not commercial, but instead, the Tankah tour is totally private! We went to the park with about 15 people and never saw another person. At every point of the tour we were assured that our belongings were safe and the truly were!! Then, at the end of our tour, we were given an authentic Mayan lunch which was one of the best meals I had in Mexico. If you are looking for an amazing excursion, this is it!! My boys and I stayed in Cozumel but we all agree that this was the best thing they did!!

  • Tour was good. We had a small group 6 people which made it perfect for the guided tour of tulum as it was crowded and we were able to stick together. Also the small group is good for Tankah park too. Because we were small we could do the course twice. However there was a large group behind us 15 and they only got to do the course once and there was a lot of waiting around. If you do this try to book with a small group not tour Bus. The only con's is I wish we had made it to Tulum earlier because when we arrived around 12:30 it was supper crowded and hard to take pictures.

  • This was a GREAT tour! We got to see the area around Tulum, and then we visited the Mayan ruins. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was SO knowledgeable about Mayan culture and the area. Both he and the driver were super friendly and made us feel safe. The van we took was very comfortable, and they offered us plenty of water along the way. The Mayan ruins were really cool! Very hot though, so bring an umbrella to use! Also, the gov't should regulate how many people go in at a time like at the Alhambra, and they should have a route because many of the paths are dead ends. TRY THE PALETAS fresh made popsicles with FRESH FRUIT! The cenotes were AWESOME! We swam, zip-lined and I am soooo afraid of heights, canoed, and had a fantastic lunch prepared by local. I HIGHLY recommend this tour!

  • This tour was not only adventurous it was also really interesting!! Our guide Maurizio was extremely informative and funny! The stunning views that we experienced were breathtaking. Also the real jungle living Mayan at tankah were amazing! We highly recommend this tour, bring snorkeling gear!
