Villa was nice and the pool was great and just what we needed as it was a hot day. however the wine tasting and food were a bit disappointing, the lady who showed us the wines was great and very helpful its just that we expected a few various types of wines to taste and various years of wine, not just 1 bottle of red and 1 bottle of white between 4 for us, we also expected a slightly better lunch than just pasta and fruit salad and another white wine which was same as the previous we had when testing. We also hoped to see vineyards and wine cellars which we didnt. The cost for this was more than another trip we went on which was the wine and dine tuscany countryside which was much better value for the wines and foods you got.

I had a wonderful time! Meaghan, Massimo and June were gracious hosts to me and my traveling companions. The tour of the winery and villa that Meaghan gave was especially informative. It was great to learn so much about wine and as an added bonus, we were able to taste the villa's olive oil and learn how to rate good oil! The lunch at the school was delicious, especially the creamy dessert, as were the wine's we tasted. It was a high point of my recent trip to Italy!
