This tour was a waste of time and money. Our driver showed us a considerable amount of neighborhoods. We thought that we would stop at the sights in San Francisco--not so. It was so boring that we found ourselves napping. Wish the description was clearer on what we would see or what the planned itinerary was. Don't bother with this one!

Our group of six was very disappointed by this tour and found the description on Viator to be misleading. This tour only makes three stops in the city, so if you are looking for a tour with minimal movement, this is for you! We drove by many sights with our guide saying, you can come back to see that. Also, this is a big bus tourTower Tours so there are limits to where the bus can go. Our guide, while friendly was very hard to understand with his broken English. He talked a lot about his family and was more interested in telling us about the San Francisco housing market. Here is the misleading part...the dungeon experience is AFTER the tour is over. You are given a voucher for dungeon and you go at your leisure. The description on Viator makes it sounds as if it is part of the tour...it is not. Many people on our tour opted not to go to the dungeon experience. My personal opinion is that the tour is not worth the money. Stick with the small group tours listed on Viator.
