Alesandro was a wonderful guide. His English is excellent. He took the time to answer our questions and kept the 5 of us moving forward. Alesandro really enhanced our tour by adding interesting tib-bits of information throughout.

Excellent trip - Fredrica was brilliant and very informative. Microphone and headphones were a great asset ensuring we could hear everything and made it easy to follow the guide in busy areas.

What a great tour! I've been to the Vatican Museum several times and I definitely learned new things with our amazing guide Abi. Definitely worth having a private tour as the museum was absolutely packed. The pick up was directly across from the museum entrance (stairs across the street) and Abi customized the tour for us so we could maneuver around all of the slow moving groups. He is extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Really fantastic.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed doing a smaller tour of the Vatican. It allowed us to move at our own pace and get more in-depth details from our tour guide. It was also great to be able to request a Spanish-speaking tour guide, since not all my family speaks English. Would definitely recommend.

Our tours was in Spanish and I have to said that Katherine was so knowledgeable and explained every little history that I was not aware . Kudos to Kathy. I strongly recommend this tours and if you are able to request Katherine ( she is Colombian ) that will add a plus to your tours .

The best part of the tour was our guide, Ribal (spelling?). He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and had a way of injecting humor to help you better understand the history.

It was supposed to be a a”V small group Tour”.. 24 participants is not small. After we had to return our headsets our small tour guide was difficult to see and impossible to hear among the throngs of people. She ducked our group into the basilica without me knowing and I became separated from the group. I walked perhaps 40 ft on my own trying to reconnect with the group and inadvertently passed a point of no return. My husband came looking for me and we were not allowed to go back to join our group therefore both of us missed the Basilica entirely which was the whole point of our tour! I am so disappointed I could cry! We paid a premium for a service we did not receive!
