We had a very enjoyable day! We did Petite Trianon as well inclusive of the lunch, with Chef Ducasse, it was delicious! A long day but well worth it.
If though more time could be left between the lunch and next tour it would be helpful as really we only had 30-40 mins for the lunch, which is so divine it needs more time to savour and digest it.

All in all though well worth it and definitely recommend the guided tour.

We took two 2 Memories DMC France tours. This one was lead by Herve. Versailles is a big place with lots of people. Herve knew which places would be crowded and prepped us before we got there so we would fully understand what we were seeing giving us a meeting place away from the crowd. He was always accessible for questions but anticipated most of them. He had a flair and understanding of the era of the 3 Louiss. Lunch was wonderful. But the afternoon was the highlight. The Domaine de Trianon allowed us to better understand the daily grind of Versaillais on the Royal Family, especially Marie Antonette. Again Herves guiding was the key to our understanding.

I would highly recommend this tour! This trip to France has been a lifetime dream and this tour met my standards and more. Our guide, Herve, was personable, knowledgeable and his theatric flair only added to the thorough enjoyment of the tour. He met us at the metro station and we took the railroad together which allowed time to get to know eachother. It was also a real treat that the fountain show was on for the weekend! When I originally booked this tour the fountains were not due to start until next week but I guess due to the holiday weekend they had them run with beautiful music..a real treat! Herve brought us to the highlights of the gardens and then left us to enjoy a sumptuous gourmet lunch. I read and saw pictures of Versailles in my high school French books and history books but nothing can compare to seeing the artistry in person. I would highly recommend this tour and ending with a gourmet lunch was just the icing on the cake!

We can't think of a way our tour could have been improved. The RER train from Paris to Versailles avoided rush hour traffic. Our guide Hervé was fun and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for Versailles and its history proved infectious. After standing and walking all morning, lunch was a delight and true gourmet. Merci!

The tour guide and tour were magnificent but would call the lunch gourmet.

Awesome tour guide and the lunch was a perfect ending.

If there were more stars we would give them out! This was a fabulous tour from the first meet with our guide Harve' to the last bite and sip of our wonderful lunch at ORE. Skipping lines on a pre-scheduled tour is always a plus, but it was exceptionally so today as lines snaked through the courtyard and beyond. The commentary during the tour and before, as conversation started on the train to Versailles was enthusiastic, informed and totally aimed at what the 9 of us all wanted to know. Questions were all answered! The kids were engaged and their interests and questions were attended to as well. It was definitely one of my our top 3 tours in 20 years of serious traveling, if not THE best!

This tour was fabulous. Our guide was knowledgable and passionate and he really brought the palace to life. The lunch was delicious and it was so nice to linger at the palace following the tour.

This trip was unbelievable, the best one we had in Paris! The food was excellent and Versailles is definitely a place you want to check out, even if you are in Paris only for a couple of days only. Our guide was super friendly, knowledgable, passionate and interesting to listen to. Versailles is a very big place so without a guide it can get long just figuring out where you should go. Definitely worth the money for anyone who wants to enjoy good food and quickly get to the best of what Versailles has to offer.
