We were on this tour on February 1 2020. Our tour guide Andy was excellent, and the tour was a perfect way to see both Butchart Gardens and Victoria on one day. I highly recommend this tour.

Winter is not the best season for visiting Vancouver Island. Still, with an excellent guide and good itinerary, it was a great excursion.

We absolutely loved the Butchart Gardens, could have walked it twice to make sure we saw everything. Victoria wasn’t as interesting, it might have been if we were staying nearby so we could do ferry trips or other longer activities but 2 hours was just long enough to think there wasn’t much to do. The Empress hotel was impressive and we enjoyed a drink there. But there is a long drive to and from the Ferry to the island and long wait for the ferry and long ferry ride. Not unpleasant in any respect but a lot of wasted time.

It was an excellent and enjoyable trip. Ed our tour guide was great and told us a lot about the history etc regarding the Ferries and about Victoria, Gardens. Etc

Loved this tour. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel and did not have to worry about getting some place to get to the ferry boat. The ferry boat was long but enjoyable. The gardens were beautiful and Victoria was interesting to visit. My husband and I greatly enjoyed this tour.

The Butchart Gardens were spectacular even though it was mid-September. A problem with the bus which was beyond the diver's control made for shortened visits to the gardens and Victoria. Jon, the driver, did his best to keep us informed and entertained. If ever vacationing that way again I'd plan two days in Victoria, one at the gardens and one to see more of Victoria. It was along day.

The experience was excellent the tour guy and driver ALEX was very knowledgeable and give us tips about how we can get the maximum from the time that was given to us, in general beautiful trip great experience highly recommended

The whole visit (Buchart gardens and Victoria ) were outstanding. We’d give 05 without hesitation if it wasn’t for our bus driver, Ed. Very disrespectful to the passengers, zero patience, let everyone uneasy and afraid to ask anything.., he has no conditions to perform the job as a driver / tour guide.. zero emotional control.

I booked the tour the last minute, practical just the night before the tour but was able to get on the tour. The tool guide (Nathan) was very professional and knowledgeable about the history of Butchart Gardens, Victoria, Vancouver and BC in general which was great for my experience during the tour. The gardens were breathtakingly beautiful and Victoria was gorgeous. Must see.

The gardens are very beautiful and worth seeing. However, the trip makes for a long day from Vancouver, so now that I've seen the gardens, I would not do a repeat visit.
