All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

We booked this just the night before, after other plans had fallen through. In the end, I'm glad we got to do this instead! We hadn't felt it was feasible to book one of these planes to fly to the island, but the tour was a fun way to experience the small planes and also get a unique view of the island. As some other reviewers mentioned, there is no commentary on what you're seeing, so I was prepared for that. I think it would be nice if the airline had a map of the flight path you're on so you know what you're looking at, but you'll still enjoy a memorable flight.

Fun. Would do a longer flight next time, maybe Seattle to Victoria. Victoria is a vibrant city well worth visiting and exploring.

Easy to book, easy check in. Our pilot made sure everyone was happy with their seat and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect. Fun, little tour of the city and over to Butchart Gardens. Would definitely recommend and do it again next time we’re in Victoria.

I have taken several flights on helicopters and planes all over the world, but was super stoked to be on my first sea plane. But they didn’t say one thing about what we were looking at. We just flew around in a circle for 20 minutes. Beautiful, but not worth $245 for 20 minutes of no history or even a mention of a neighborhood. I gave two stars…one for takeoff, one for landing, because we didn’t die.

It was nice to fly over the city but the pilot could’ve have spoken to us and pointed things out. He didn’t say one word after we left the airport. It was the same route too, so we saw the same things twice in the short time we were in the air. WAY TOO expensive for what you get. I think walking around the city gives you the same experience. Quite disappointing.
