Lovely music, the musicians did an awesome job and the building itself is beautiful. My complaint was with the disorganization with the front staff before going in. Nowhere on the booking did it mention it’s required to pay for a coat check. I went in and asked the first person and they said I could keep my coat, I got in line to go in and the woman said nothing to me about checking my coat until it was MY turn to go on so I had to go all the way back to coat check and re line up. She definitely saw me in the coat while I was waiting for 15 minutes in front of her so why didn’t she say anything then? Also, it says casual but it’s not. I was extremely underdressed and felt awkward, I was wearing black pants and a sweater. People were wearing floor length gowns and tuxedos…

The performance was superb. The musicians were so talented and the evening was perfect. I especially appreciated the ticket process. We found it so easy to pick up our tickets and the directions on the website were very clear, which made the experience worry free.

The concert was Haydn and Vivaldi. The experience was great even though during the first part it was distracting when people coming late were let in after each song ended.

Een unieke ervaring, de muzikanten speelden met veel gevoel en perfectie. Het was super aangenaam. Enkel de zaal was wat warm

The concert was excellent; however, the house management needs improvements. The seating was disruptive and the attitude of the seating staff was uncaring. The first musical selection was interrupted by late seating.

  • 15-Feb-2023

The concert hall is a beautiful building and the Brahms hall is a lovely space, but the most wonderful part was the music itself, especially the Vivaldi, played by the amazing musicians. Sublime.

sensational performance of Vivaldi’s four seasons in such stunning venue. Wish I had paid more for a better seat. My ignorance that there were 2 difference performances going on at the same time in 2 different halls. Both enters from the same foyer which was a bit confusing at the start.

The performances were beyond any expectation we could have had. Every piece was beautiful and the second part of the concert, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons was stunning. The first chair violinist was simply amazing, and so were all other members of the Hayden Quartet and their harpsichord, bass and additional violin accompanists for the Four Seasons. Not sure we will ever be able to hear the Four seasons again without immediately being drawn back to the gorgeous setting in the Musikverein. Fantastic evening!
