This was a very poor experience . They told us the pick up would be at 750am and instead they arrived at 820am. The lady who was supposed to be our guide was very unhelpful and just seemed to want to hear her own voice. On the return leg from vienna after telling us we would be driven directly to our drop off they instead herded some of us like sheep onto another van that wasn't even equipped to load the wheelchair we had for our disabled son. This was despite the fact they agreed to take other passengers to their hotels. Very poor service very poor communication and extremely rude driver and guide. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you just need transportation to Vienna and want no guidance in the city, this is the tour for you. Essentially what happens is the tour guide gives you information about the history of Prague on the way out of the city, and then you get some historical information about Vienna as you're entering the city and that's about it. You're then dropped off and left to wander Vienna solo for just about 4 hours which is not nearly enough time. Although the tour information says there's the option of a 2.5 hour guided tour, we were never told about this which is quite annoying because it would have been extremely helpful. All in all, it was nice to get some time in Vienna but I would recommend just buying yourself a cheap train ticket and skipping this tour. Vienna is big and 4ish hours doesn't give you enough time to really enjoy yourself. It is a beautiful city though so it is definitely worth the visit but do it on your own terms.
