Great city tour. Wonderful staff who are very responsive and great communication. Keep us informed and made sure we were on the tour

  • 10-Nov-2022

We enjoyed the personal touch the guide provided. There tour around the city was a bonus we had not expected which made it even better.

The weather was rainy this day so the city tour by bus sounded like the best option and it WAS! Our guide was so knowledgeable and kind and provided lots of useful information and history of Vienna. The bus was comfortable and after the ride around the city we headed to the palace, where our guide gave us the most wonderful tour, timed perfectly and spending the right amount of time in each room. When the tour was finished we had enough time to explore the gardens and the gift shop, then we took a different route on the way back and our guide provided further background on the city. It’s a perfect half day tour and gave me a lot of ideas of places I wanted to explore further on my own.

  • 18-Oct-2022

The tour was great and very easy to navigate. We didn’t have to worry about anything. It was just the right amount of time to spend there.

  • 17-Oct-2022

My main complaint was I requested a tour in English. It was not done in 3 different languages, so it was harder to understand and made for a less enjoyable experience. We had no time for questions and our tour guide left us to roam the gardens while she went to usher another tour. It appeared as if they combined multiple tours together due to not enough people. This was not what I expected or paid for.

  • 16-Oct-2022

I was hoping the tour guide would be a bit more entertaining, it was facts but very little anecdotes or anything to keep our attention & make it more interesting.

  • 04-Oct-2022

Tour was very good, we saw the main points of interest in Vienna even though it was from the coach, our guide was informative. Schonbrunn Palace is beautiful and definitely a must when in Vienna

  • 03-Oct-2022

Our tour guide (Thomas?) was excellent. He gave lots of interesting information about Vienna and the Palace, seemed unflappable, and seamlessly transitioned between 3 languages to accommodate the participants on our bus.

  • 02-Oct-2022

Great tour! Great way to see much of the beautiful architecture in beautiful Vienna! Very easy entry to Schonbrunn Palace and great, personal guided tour.
