  • Overall the tour was great but I wouldve preferred that it was in English the whole time rather than a mix of German and then English. I felt that some things werent completely explained compared to when the guide was talking in German.

  • What a thrill to see this iconic palace and the opulent lifestyle of royalty back then.

  • Had a guide and only two persons. Did a nice drive with key stops in the city and then guided tour of the summer palace.
Guide had excellent knowledge and was top notch

  • We met the guide at the bus terminal. We had an bus ride around Vienna giving us an overview before going to the Palace. The same excellent guide walked us through the Palace, and we had time to look around the gardens on our own.The guide gave sufficient information to be interesting, and added some humour. We felt able to wander around the inner city on our own to see more sights inaccesible by bus.

  • For a larger group tour this was reasonable priced and enough time to see the basics of the city via coach and Schonbrunn Palace especially on a windy, snowy day. The guide had to speak in both German and English which was fine but took a tad extra time. He was well versed and very knowledgeable. I stayed at the Belvedere and didn't take the coach back to the Opera House. This allowed me to visit the Palace and look at the exhibits for 1-2 more hours.

  • Make sure you sit on the top floor of the bus as you cant see anything on the lower deck,, the tour is very rushed.

  • Our guide was very good. Gave us lots of historical insights and great information about Vienna
