  • Overall a very nice tour, but could have skipped the perfume factory and spent more time on the other sites. Our driver/host Cathy with Liven up Tours was very professional and pleasant. Would recommend this tour but ask to see if they could eliminate the perfume factory stop.

  • Thierry was our tour guide - 8 of us in the van. He had to switch between Spanish and English which I'm sure was annoying for the spanish speaking man on tour with us. would have preferred only on language to keep it simple. He took us one block away from the Canne's film festival and let us experience Monaco and the Grand Prix route. Would have liked to have see the old city in Nice but we ran out of time because of the crowds. Two large events in one weekend caused traffic to be troublesome not his fault. There was no water on the van and we kept getting pushed to the very back row of the van so we missed a lot on the route. He did not narrate much about the history which i would have preferred.

  • Very difficult to understand the lady due to her accent. One too many people in the van very crowed. Had to pay 10 euros to visit the casino pay to have the opportunity to lose some money at the tables!!!

  • Our tour guide Celine was very friendly, informative and organized. Her English was very good. She gave us extra information about the area and it's locals and famous visitors. Highly recommend. We had a nice, new air conditioned van and were able to get in a full days worth of sight seeing for 5 locations.

  • Guide and tour were both good, but the stop at the perfume factory was completed unwarranted and too commercial.

  • We booked our tour through the viator website as a shore excursion from the town of Villefrance sur mer. We were greeted at Villefrance by our driver and guide Cecile, and I have to say that of the 8 guided tours that we took in a 2 week cruise, this was the best one. There were only 8 of us in the van, and so it felt more like a private tour. We visited Nice, Cannes, Eze, St. Paul de Vence and Monaco, and even got to drive a lap on the famous Grand Prix track. We covered an amazing amount of ground and saw some of the most beautiful parts of the riviera-- and felt really, really spoiled. Cecile was truly amazing, she not only drove but narrated for us as well-- she did a great job. I would highly recommend these local tours and Cecile if you ever have one day in the French Riviera and want to see it all!

  • Truly enjoyed the tour, the pace, the guide was knowledgable and van very comfortable. I like the style of a mini van and only 6-7 total people. Would definitely join a tour of this type of your limited in time and want to see many places in one day. Thanks!

  • This tour was excellent. The guide was knowledgeable and told us many facts. She could answer all the questions we asked. She did everything to please us and show us as much as possible. She even returned us on time for boarding the ship. Her name was Lucille or Lucie. We would recommend her anytime
