  • Learnt a lot about this amazing city. Our guide was amazing and pointed out parts of the city and its history we would have never know otherwise.

  • This was by far our least favorite tour and tour guide. It was pouring down rain, and the guide took very little consideration of the situation. There was only 5 of us on the tour. We could have talked under an overhang instead of in the driving rain.

  • This is a very informative tour and the guide was great.

  • We did this tour on our first afternoon in Florence and it really helped orient us to the city. The guide, Marco, gave a great information on museums and areas to see outside of the tour he gave us too.

  • Where to start....
Well initially that was our question!! We had a really hard time finding the office/tour location. So much that we went into 3 other businesses and the last company another tour company called the number for us and got more specific directions. It would've helped if they would have a description of meeting location instead of just an address the address did not work using google maps on my phone. Fortunately it was just myself and my friend on the tour, so the guide had not left without us. So we met Mario and he became our guide. I am not sure what happened next or if he thought he was giving a different type of tour, but we did not get the tour as was described on the booking page. We were supposed to get a basic walking tour of Florence, described as an ideal introduction. The highlights were listed as: Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Florence's statue of Porcellino, Piazza Della Repubblica, Piazza Del Duomo, and Dante's quartiers. Of these we did not see Ponte Vecchio, Porcellino, or Dante's Quartiers and the places we did see were not identified. There were times I would have to ask what building is this. I felt like he gave us more of a tour based on art and the difference between middle ages and the renaissance versus a general overview of the city and the major sites. We left feeling more confused and like we didn't get an overview of the city.

  • Met our guide Anastasia near our hotel and she took us on a wonderful two hour walking tour around the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and local neighborhood. She really new her history and had many interesting stories to tell. It was a cold blustery day but we all braved it. A great orientation tour of Florence and would recommend it if you have not been to the city before.

  • We had an excellent guide. When we had trouble finding the meeting spot, she came to us. She was quite knowledgeable and just did a really good job. We got to cover a lot of ground and it served as a good introduction to the city.

  • GREAT tour. We only had a short time to see the main sights and our guide made sure we saw them. It turned out we were the only two people on the tour but she made sure our experience was wonderful. She even offered to take our pictures at the key sites. This was money well spent.

  • Very informative guide with considerable emphasis on Dante, but could have had a broader historical overview of Florence.

  • Francesca was a fantastic guide - the right pace, the right amount of information and useful tips for our stay in Florence. I have given this 5 stars as although this was a shared tour, there was only my husband and I so it was more like a private tour.
