  • Very interesting and exciting to see the Harry Potter Studios. The tour ran on-time and as advertised, service was great.

  • Another must watch in London..it was my dream come true to take a photo in the studio infront of Hogwarts express train

  • The Harry Potter Studios for any bonafide Harry Potter nerd are a must see in London. Pick up from the Evans Tours office is quick and efficient. The only issue we had was with the extremely rude Driver To be fair he was working on a Saturday he was snapping at other guests and drove off without several of them. Be warned that the tour only lasts half a day so if you want to explore and take your time enjoying the magic of Harry Potter Studios look up the train timetables to get back into the city as the Tour must leave at a set time.
Going to the Studios on a Saturday in winter wasn't as busy as we thought and we were able to look at things without having to jostle for elbow space - best piece of advice would be to pick the morning tour as the afternoons get busy!

  • This review is EXCLUSIVELY for the Evan Evans tour. The Harry Potter Studio Tour was great and the studio was lovely. However, the Studio Tour is something that is done by the Studio. The Evan Evans part was the bus ride only so that is what my review is for.
This ride to the Harry Potter Studios was TWICE as expensive as all other options and ALL other options looked more interesting when we saw them pass us on the road.
This is in no way a luxury coach, it is a perfectly ordinary coach with pretty uncomfortable seats. At one point a lady tipped hers back and found herself with her head almost in my friends lap! We had to jump up and move until she had it back up. There was a guide on the tour, but I don't know why as she said Welcome then sat down and said nothing else. All practical info was given by the driver who was very difficult to understand and must have been impossible for the many non native speakers on the bus. Other ride options, that I saw while booking this tour, were less expensive, offered entertainment, a more interesting ride and from what I could see when we got there, a faster ticket service. All we got was told many times not to bring coffee we didn't even have any and a long wait on the bus while the guide went to the counter to purchase tickets. There was NO reason whatsoever, why this tour should be twice the price of any other.

  • One of the highlights of our trip to London. The entrance into the Grand Hall is stunning and our 12 year old daughter had a magical visit to Hogwarts. A must see for Harry Potter fans.

  • This tour is the transportation to the studio and entrance into the exhibit, where you then take a self-guided tour though the exhibit. We enjoyed not having to find transportation out to the studio on our own, and just being able to relax on the bus.
My husband and I absolutely LOVED the exhibit! This is a must for fans of the Harry Potter movies!
You're able to see some of the original sets, costumes, and props. And you're able to take as many pictures as you want! Except in a few select areas, which you're informed of at the beginning of the tour. We loved being able to just wander through all of the different areas on our own, and spend as much time as we wanted, just looking at everything and reading the descriptions posted. There's also a cafeteria half-way through, for lunch and Butterbeer! Our favorite part was the giant room with the scale model of Hogwarts in it. It was truly breathtaking! We would do this tour again in a heartbeat!

  • The WB Harry Potter experience was a wonderful attraction. I will not be book through viator again in the future though. The girls working the office when we checked in were wonderful. The bus experience was not very good. HP was not playing as it was listed it would be on the entertainment system. The driver got irritated with my daughter for using the bathroom on the bus.He snapped at me telling me she wasnt supposed to use it. There was no sign or announcements stating otherwise. We drove around for 40 min looking for lost passengers that hadnt checked in. Making us late for our ticket time. Cutting into evening hours we had planned. A friend traveling with us didnt receive merchandise she had paid for at the time of booking. It seemed he hadnt planned on driving this group and was irritated he was being required to. The bus driver and his behavior is my only complaint.

  • If you are aHarry Potter fan, this is a must do. To see the sets, costumes and props is great. The bus ride out was perfect with a very entertaining driver. My personal caution is that the tour is crowded. A lot of waiting to see the more popular exhibits and everyone wants pictures. I read some reviews that said there was not enough time, so they extended it to 4 hours on site. This was way too much time. I took an Uber back. For families this is a great site and perfect tour company.

  • The tour itself is good for first time Harry Potter fans who havent been to the studios in Universal Studios in Florida. The transportation to and fro from the city sucked big time. The driver was extremely rude and not approachable or friendly at all. I had to go to the restroom and he said the only option I had was to get off the bus. Which I did as they was no emergency toilet onboard and he wouldnt stop anywhere. And its a good 90 mins ride and the weather being cold didnt help either.

  • If I could give this a zero, I would. Please note, this is for the Evan Evans tour, NOT WB Studio tour. The WB Studio tour is incredible. I booked this tour for a 10:30 departure. After being told that the only leaving point is their office by Victoria station, and to arrive 15 minutes early, we planned accordingly. At 10:30, we were still sitting on the sidewalk, blocking traffic trying to board the buses. Once on the bus, at 10:45, it was only half full. That is because we made three more stops IN LONDON, at hotels for different groups of people. One person on our bus was extremely upset, as he and his family were staying at one of the hotels. The bus literally drove around London for an HOUR picking up other people. At the last hotel, the bus driver got into a verbal, and pushing argument with a pedestrian. He was yelling with this person, while the entire bus sat and watched. It took about 15 minutes for this to be resolved. It was 11:45 when we finally headed out of London. When we got to the Studio the bus driver actually said I can't be expected to know what you look like, so if you aren't here, I will leave without you. We were given 4 hours at the studio, and very clear instructions on how to take the public transport home at our own costs.

At this point, it was 12:30, so two hours after we were supposed to leave. The studio is great, but just buy tickets direct from WB. This tour company adds no value, and it is really easy to use public transport. I finished early, so decided to spend the 9 to go back on the train to London which BTW, only takes 22 minutes. Reading other reviews, it is common for people to be left behind.

I have never had such a poor experience with a viator tour. I am actually surprised that Viator continues to use this tour with the amount of bad reviews.

This really isn't worth the money.
