  • Fantastic!!

  • I'm not sure how this could be considered luxury. The bus was adequate but the fact that it was full to capacity and consistently cold made it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the bus driver failed to mention that the tickets were set for a specific timed entry so the staff at the Studio took a very rude attitude when we expected to be able to stand in the initial queue from the time we entered the building. I was very disappointed - this was not worth the money I paid.

  • Book well in advance. Our bus was full on a Sunday in November. Afternoon tour is less busy, but traffic on freeway is heavy. Travel to WB took 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour advertised. Bus was comfortable and driver pleasant. We still had plenty of time to see everything and to enjoy a meal. We had no little kids and did not linger. I recommend this tour to any HP fan. Drop off in London at underground station was a nice bonus.

  • This was not really a tour. We are actually paying for the tour company to drive us to the studio. When you get to the studio it's pretty much a self tour. The price paid does not include the audio tour the studio offers. I did the self tour without the audio. I found it be an awesome experience. It was fun, informative and adventurous.

  • Smooth pick-up and drop-off and timely. You are left to enjoy your own magical experience. Indoor and outdoor!
    More than worth it.

  • Bought the ticket online, and it wasn't clear where the pickup locations were so had to call and find out. It would be more useful if this information could be emailed. If you take the tour from Trafalgar Square you will be driving around London for about 50 minutes before you actually get on the road to the Studios which is about an hour away. Also, on the way back, the bus only made 2 stops - nobody never told us we were not being dropped off at the same location where we were picked up. Other than that it was all good, however I do think viator is stretching a bit by calling their transfer service luxury or vip. The tour itself and the studios are amazing and definitely worth going - even if you are not a huge Harry Potter fan.

  • This tour was amazing! It was a 1 hour bus ride with a 4 hour tour around the studio. Totally worth it, I could have spent more time there. The audio guide was extra, but available when you get there, along with a food court.

  • We started from Central London about a block from Victoria Station so it was convenient to get to. It took about an hour to hour and a half to get there and to get back. Once you got there you joined a line at the studio to go through security which was a more rigorous search than I have had in years. Once inside, it was fabulous! You could easily spend more than the 4 hours allotted. There was so much to do, listen to and see. The tour was very interactive. Various hosts along the way explained the exhibits that you were looking at. It was fun flying on the broom, raising the broom at your own command, and

  • Very good tour. Not huge HP fan but it was still interesting enough to keep me occupied for 3 hours.
It's not a studio tour as such more like a HP museum. There are no rides or guides as such, you just do it at your own pace. HP fans will have a blast. Pretty good food for sale.

  • Lots of fun! I don't think we needed the whole time there but the studios were great to see and learn little secrets about the production.
