The coach bus from the city to the Harry Potter site took quite a long wait and spent 1 hour picking up other customers before we actually depart and reach the destination. We were given 4 hours before heading back again, which I felt was too long a wait. Would rather take public transport instead.

A really great visit to all things Harry Potter behind the scenes/making of. If you're interested in seeing how they made the movie, this is the place to check out! Allow yourself plenty of time to tour - our tour was a tad too short for my tastes - we met in Central London at 10:30am, but took 30 min through the city to pick up a few other passengers at another hotel, before we actually left the city. And, it's an hour drive outside of London. So, we didn't arrive until about noon, and had to get back to the buses by 4pm or a bit after, in order to catch the ride home. We didn't read or digest nearly everything there was to offer, in the 4 hours we were there - we could have easily used another 2 hours for browsing, eating lunch, etc. But otherwise, highly recommend - you won't be disappointed! The coach bus was an uneventful and comfortable ride to/from the Studios as well, which was nice to have since we didn't rent a car while on our visit to London this trip.

It was an excellent experience for my kids and us, it was wonderful to see and pass by the locations where Harry Potter movies were shot.
Hope the souvenir shops could be less expensive and wished we could be dropped back by Evans Tours or guided by the driver to the place where we stayed in Stanmoore.

Though I read the books and watched the movies years ago, seeing the props, costumes and sets was a fantastic experience.

We loved Warner Bros. Studio. Attended on the Queen's official birthday. Probably overpriced, but a we all really enjoyed the Harry Potter experience. It's one of those things that you have to do at least once, but most likely will never do again. Keep in mind that several things are NOT included in the admission tickets including the broom ride pictures and videos. We did not get the pictures but the videos cost 25 pounds each. Transportation was fine, but during the summer months there is no hotel pickup so you had to meet at the Evans Evans Tour location.

What Viator is providing is transportation to the Warner property for the Harry Potter tour--which is well worth it. It could however be improved by providing more information to people who sign up for the tour. What is not known ahead of time is that you will receive a timed entry ticket which is issued to the bus driver who brings you to the event after the driver arrives at the studio. If there are many people waiting to enter when you get there your entry ticket will not allow you to enter until a certain number of people have gone in on a time release basis. No one tells you this until you are on line--and in our case after 15-20 minutes they announce that you will not be let in until the time on your ticket. I suggest that Viator have the driver inform people of this so they can decide the best use of their time up-front, especially when you must be back to the bus at a specific time to return to London. For example you may rush to join the line when it may be better to have lunch before you enter cafeteria at entry and another half way through. In our case we left London at 10:30 arrived at the location at 11:35 but did not get in until 12:40. Aside from that, this is an excellent way to get to the venue and worth the price.
