  • Another tour spoiled by freezing cold temperatures, which, when one is shivering and aching to the bone, does, sadly detract from the highlights. We made the most of it, and most of the sights did look lovely lit up. I'd hoped we'd see a few more of them, but the lights were out on many. Good friendly guide. Decent number of photo opportunity stops.

  • Highly recommended seeing the great monuments at night, tour guide was very good and also a nice small group. Plenty of time to take pictures and look around.

  • My family really enjoyed the tour though it was a little long after walking and touring all day. The monuments are beautiful at night and the tour guide was very informative.

  • If you have a short time and want to see a lot, this is the tour to take.

  • This tour has everything!! Perfect size group about 10. Most comfortable and roomy vehicle over sized van. We saw all the sights like the Capital, White House, Navy Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, MLK Memorial, Vietnam and Koren Memorial and other historic buildings and sites. We were given time to get out at most of the sites to take pictures and to enjoy the sites. I have been on many tours over my traveling years and the best part of this tour was our guide. He was not just a guide, he was a historian and entertainer of a perfect balance. We heard a lot of history mixed with a lot of humor. He could not have been any better. If you have the time this is the tour you should not miss!!!

  • The tour lay out was great but our driver was so BORING!!! There was 9 in our group and we wished we would have just taken an Uber. He was extremely knowledgeable but the information was delivered in such a blah way that we wished he would just not talk. Then when we got to the sites we had to wait what seemed like forever for him to finish a speech no one was listening too. At the end of the tour he went into his political views about the monuments which really upset one a woman in our group. When she told him she didn't want his political opinion he argued with her. She didn't back down so for again what seemed like forever he went off on a political rant, argued with a member of the tour. Not only should he have kept his political views to himself but to argue with a paying client was just plain wrong. Especially for those of us seeing the monuments for the first time. It is a very emotional expierence so to get back in the van and have the drive say we never should have been in the war and we built the monuments as a way to make the world forget we lost was insulting and shameful. • The tour was great. I have done tours before on a large bus, I enjoyed traveling on the van and talking with the other tourists.
My guide was fantastic and managed to connect with all of us.

  • This was a great tour. Our driver was very informative and knew his stuff. I would have given it 5 stars but I was hoping for the mini bus with the big windows, but we got a van which was packed and not as comfortable. Some people had to be separated and couldn't sit together. We did feel rushed at certain spots, but we did have time to take a few pictures. Maybe adding a extra 30 minutes to the tour could help with that. Our driver did take us up to a church at the end of the tour for the best view of the City. Cold water was offered and appreciated. There are lots of options out there, but this tour picked up at the Hyatt where we were staying so it was very convenient.

  • Our tour guide Don, was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was friendly and super passionate! He knows all about DC. BEST thing was he gave us a tip on how to go the next day to the African American Museum of History and Culture - we got in! Thanks to Don. Our two sons, ages 13 and 15 even loved it. Teenagers! That is saying a lot! Thank you DON!!

  • Comfortable van, great tour guide, and the right amount of stops and time to take pictures and see the sights! Great tour for the money!
