Was a fun experience but felt a little rushed exactly when you wanted to enjoy the experience. Spoke for a long time and spent a lot of time getting ready at the start and then spent only 15 minutes snorkelling. In saying that, it was fun.
For our first time kayaking initially not capsizing And keeping our balance was a struggle but the team was very patient and friendly, we eventually got the hang of it and had a blast! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking about trying it out. :)
I had a good time and my tour guy was fun and new a lot about the area! The Kayaking was fun but snorkelling was probably the worst spot I have ever snorkelled. The water was not clear enough to see anything.
Loved the experience, kyacking was so relaxing and the water was beautiful. Our instructors were amazing and so helpful.
It was a nice paddle to the island and the tour guides were very professional and informative. Will definitely do again.
We had a fantastic morning with our two kids (6 and 11). The pre trip info, on tour organisation, equipment and itinerary were all excellent. The kayak distance is perfect, there is a short walk across the island to the snorkel beach. Conditions were a little murky on the day we went, but we were still able to see fish along the rocks. A lot of fun and would highly recommend.
The canoe to the island was just awesome, capsized once on our way their and the instructor was their in less the 5 seconds literally hahaha. The Snorkeling was amazing, saw plenty of fish. Overall A+++ I’ll will definitely do it again.
Great communication prior to tour. Kayaking experience well pitched for range of experience in the group. Snorkeling location quite busy with other tour groups.
Caroline and Nelson were great tour guides. We had so much fun on our trip and felt safe and taken care of. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience, would definently do again! First we kayaked over to Wave Break Island, took about 15-20 minutes over crystal clear water. We then left kayaks on beach and took a short walk to another side of the island where we saw lots of birds including ospreys and terns and had 40 minutes or so to snorkel. Snorkelling was far better than I thought it would be, no coral (didn't think there would be) but more fish than I think I have ever seen snorkelling. We then had hot drinks and snacks (which were provided) on the beach before kayaking around to a different spot on the island where we saw stingrays and soldier crabs. Apparently you can also see dugongs (I think) when the tide is high. The a short kayak back to where we start. Our guide (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name!) was very knowledgable about the area and clearly cared alot about the environment as he was picking up rubbish in the water as we walked around. Would absoluetly recommend doing, especially as they are the only company that offer multiple start times (7am, 10.30am and 2.30pm). I also think any longer than 2.5 hours would be too tiring. We are fairly fit and so tired by the end of it.
