  Just came back from Cacun tha stay at Barcelo maya. It was unique from the time of your arrival to the departure the service from everyone is the best the cleanses of facilities room buffet restaurant the pool area all was great looking forward to go back soon.

  Went for our reservation time, and was told that the jet ski broke. There was 4 of us for 1 jet ski but we all booked our own individual time slots. Wasted our time and money. No communication from the place

  It was me and my two other friends. We all booked single jet ski’s. Upon arrival they informed us they only had one working jet ski availabile. Luckily my third friend did not come because she wouldn’t have been able to ride. The jet ski’s not working is understandable but I would have much preferred to get a phone call before making the trip. Also, they charge a $15 service fee, which I also feel they should have made us pay before showing up. After talking with the agent me and my friend had to share a jet ski but got to spend an hr instead of 30 minutes which we booked for. The workers in the water was nice. The experience was nice but had certain inconveniences.

  I booked a jetski excursion with Jetpack Adventures a few months before our Cancun trip. When we arrived early for the excursion, checking in at the office was easy and quick! The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. When we arrived for the actual jetskiing, the workers there were relatively friendly but very short-worded. We were instructed to leave our belongings in a locker, and weren't allowed ANY phones, even though I had bought waterproof coverings for them. This is definitely because they don't want you taking photos and videos on your excursion so you'll end up buying their photo packages at the end when you're done. We got life vests and were brought to the jetski. The man who gave us our instructions spoke very poor English and was hard to understand, and the instructions were very simple and not great for someone who might be scared to operate a jetski for the first time. He basically just said there is an accelerator handle, no brake, and to stay balanced. And then he just pushed us out into the lagoon and said we could free jetski until our hour was up when he would come out and get us, and told us where not to go past in the lagoon. It was quite startling to just be told to go with very little instruction but it was definitely still fun and exciting. After we were done, they of course tried to get us to buy the photo package. The photos were okay, nothing great, and we definitely didn't want to shell out the money to buy the whole package so we just bought one photo to remember the experience by. Overall it was really fun, and we would do it again!

  This was a great experience!! Jose was an amazing guide! I was terrified of the jet ski at first but he made me feel very comfortable and helped me figure things out! Photos and videos were also lovely and high quality! Would definitely recommend this!

  I never received the service I want my money back. I contacted the owners no response. I never got to ride the wave runners

  Great staff and very friendly tour guide. Photography team amazing, a must if you’re in Cancun. Definitely worth every penny!
