Overview

A special small group wellness experience on the beautiful West Wales Coast. A weekend dedicated to helping you tune in to your surroundings and support your body through Pilates, hiking and nutrition. Our retreats offer a combination of stunning scenery, nourishing meals and supportive tuition, within a small group setting. If you feel you need to slow down and reconnect with your body in a mindful way, these weekend retreats will be the perfect reset.

Friday 
 
Departure 
Depart from Cardiff at 1:30pm, arriving at approx. 4pm. Situated on the stunning Ceredigion coast, we will be staying in a 200 year old listed country house nestled into the wooded hillside overlooking the emerald waters of Cardigan Bay. Settle in and relax. 
Welcome Supper
In the evening, well gather for our welcome supper, followed by a stroll down to the golden sand bay at Tresaith. With luck well catch the sunset!
Saturday
 
Pilates wake up
Early morning Pilates awakening session in the beautiful studio bathed in natural light. The session will focus on stretching, revitalising and energising for the day ahead.  
Nutritious breakfast
Begin the day with nutritionally balanced breakfast options, designed for nutrient density and sustained energy to fuel the days activities. 
Nutrition seminar
This relaxed and interactive nutrition seminar is about slowing down and tuning in, plus reconnecting with the healthy food behaviours which suit you as an individual.   
Coast path hike
Well be exploring the stunning coast path around Tresaith. In May the clifftops will be carpeted in wildflowers, with an abundance of wildlife. Cardigan Bay is famous for having the largest population of bottlenose dolphins in Europe well keep an eye on the seas below us to see if we can spot any.
Supper
Well gather together for a relaxed evening meal, designed to be warming, restoring and satisfying. 
Evening Yin Yoga Session
This evening we'll enjoy a relaxing yin yoga practise and meditation, to prepare us for a restful nights sleep. 
 
Sunday 
 
Pilates wake up
This mornings Pilates session will focus on deepening body awareness, connecting with the core, and balancing body & mind. 
Nutritious Breakfast
Begin the day with nutritionally balanced breakfast options, designed for nutrient density and sustained energy to fuel the days activities. 
Coast Path Hike
Today well explore a different section of the coast path, which feels remote, wild and is perfect for taking time to unwind from the stresses of our daily lives. There will be opportunity to try out some mindfulness techniques during the walk. If our group pace allows, well reach Mwnt, a stunning golden sand beach backed by a rocky headland the perfect vantage point for watching wildlife, or just the horizon! Mwnt is home to a tiny white chapel nestled below the headland.

Please note that you can opt out of any of the activities on the programme, if you prefer to take some down time
