This was a great accessible tour. It is difficult, almost impossible, to find handicap accessible tours in the Caribbean. There isn't a ton of stuff to see in Cozumel as it is mostly known for his beach activities, but it was still great to be able to get out and see the island. Our tour guide was great and took his time showing us around. We could stop whenever we wanted for pictures or anything else. We stopped at a church in the city and it was beautiful. We got out and went in to take some pics and make a donation. There were four of us (1 handicap passenger and 3 non handicap passengers). The guide provided water and sodas. We were early getting off the ship to meet him, but he was there waiting for us. If we had wanted to stop and shop he would have done that, but we were not interested in it.

Our guide, George was amazing. He took all the time needed with the person in our party that required full wheelchair assistance the entire tour. The van is equipped with a lift to load a power scooter or wheelchair with the person in place. George provided a complete tour of the island and then some.

Let me tell you about this tour. It is NOT wheelchair friendly. We were picked up in a wheelchair accesible taxi. He had NO idea we were even on a tour. Then he drove us all around the island explaining what things were. We didn't even get out of the taxi. I'm retuly not one to complain, but, don't waste your money. Just get a taxi from the taxi stand. You'll save a lot of money!

Nothing was as stated. This was not a tour at all. Wec were picked up by a taxi and was driven around the island. If you have a family member in a wheelchair, this tour is not for you. It's a waste of money.

Fabulous accessible tour! It’s so hard to find accessible options on a cruise ship. Jorge was happy to use the lift to let my mom in and out of the tour van. It was so nice that her scooter could easily go all over Cozumel. We wanted to see a Mayan ruin, and Jorge had the rest of the day planned.
