  Never done this before was excellent our captain was great ,the day was long hot and very very wet,brilliant and scary left me wanting to do again

  It was good rafting but the prices of the pics and videos were as expensive as any other facility. Hope they put a reasonable price next time.

  We had a great day out white water rafting, arranged by the excellent Panda Tours. Simple but excellent food was provided before and after the trip. The rafting itself was terrific, excellently marshalled by 3 expert guides. Our 18 and 15 year old both loved it, as did we. The journey into the mountains before the rafting itself was even an interesting experience.

  Absolutely loved this. The people looking after are superb, excellent on the river and really decent people. Yes the drive is long but raging rapids coming down a mountain can’t be found beside a swimming pool. We got a lovely breakfast and late lunch too. Anyway, the river for us was an amazing experience, rafted for about 2 hours down many rapids and a real Adrenalin rush. We found the captain of the rafts fantastic, funny, genuine, real people who know the river and their sport well. This was much more than a rafting experience, it was an experience in the real mountains of Turkey with real people. For us (despite the journey) it one of the most authentic and best fun things we’ve done in 15 years.

  Veel te lang in de bus, drie uur. Stond nergens vermeld. Te weinig water in de rivier zorgde ervoor dat we last hadden van veel rotsen.

  I went rafting 2 days ago with “Dalaman Rafting” team, we were three 26 year-old guys. Of course the payment was done smoothly without any problem through Ali Baba agency, and like many other activities, photography is excluded. That was NOT a problem for us, but we didn’t want them to take photographs for us because this wasn’t our point of doing rafting. In the boat, the manager Fethi put us with an old man who has back pain and had already asked them NOT to do any actions while rafting. When we asked Fethi to change our boat, he shouted at us and replied in a very irrespective way! He also shouted at our boat captain who was by our side and completely understood our point. He just walked away like we weren’t even there standing in front of him. VERY RUDE. When we finished the whole activity, we found out that the other boats were having fun, doing moves with the boat, flipping, jumping into the river, and swimming, which are the main point of going in such an activity. At the end, they explained this with: “you didn’t want photos, and we do this ONLY for those who ask to include photography in their trip”. Fethi the manager also had a problem managing us because we speak English. This was his excuse when we finally could have a conversation like other humans do at the end of the trip. Although he said “okay you were right, you can have a free rafting activity next time you’re in Fethiye” but it was too late, because this was our last day there. Another thing is: apart from hotel transportation, the river was too far from the gathering point. We had to take a one-and-half long trip to arrive there wearing vests and helmets. We should have known that this will be our worst day when we arrived at their place, when one of the workers said “yabancılar” in a sarcastic way -not knowing that we speak and understand Turkish because we are doctors who work in Istanbul. (oh those foreigners!)

  We were assured when booking this trip that it was a 1 and a half hour transfer, I double checked twice because I don't travel well and don't want to spend precious time from my holiday stuck on a bus!!! Anyway got picked up at 7.30am, three hours later we arrived at the rafting place. We were welcomed, shown a video and fed a nice continental breakfast. The Turkish speaking were given a half hour talk, the few English amongst us were given a two minute talk. We were then fitted with a helmet and life jacket and transported 2 minutes down to the river We rowed for 10 mins across the river, where we got out, loaded the 5 rafts onto the tops of the buses and set off again, we travelled for another one and a half hours on a bus with no Aircon and not very good breaks, finally arrived at the river, got a safety briefing in English at the river side. The rapids were good, only about four small areas, but it was good fun. We were on the river for about an hour and a half and then headed back with the same travel arrangements on the return journey. Over all the rafting and the breakfast and lunch were great but it wasn't good enough for the 10 hours that we spent on a bus!!!

  It was a good rafting experience, but we had to drive 3+ hours each way for 2 hours of rafting. The meals were good.

  Been white water rafting in turkey twice now. The instructors are really skilled and u get great instruction before you get out on the water. It's great crashing into the rocks and trying not to fall out of canoe. Be warned this is a fast paced experience and can be dangerous, our instructor really hurt his back the last time we went. It's a great day for any thrill seekers.
