Great trip! Well worth the money. Matt was a fantastic guide. Knowledgable on a wide range of subjects and a GREAT story teller. The Powerscourt Gardens are NOT to be missed! I was initially worried that being February they would not be worth going to, but I was so wrong! Still many flowers and shrubs in bloom. The highlight of my trip to Ireland.
Guide was not helpful. Tour was fast. Places were beautiful. Next time we d rather hire a car. Tour guide did not keep to the programme. Transport was not comfortable.
Beautiful places, nice and informative driver guide, small group. I can recommend this tour, if you have limited time, or\and you can’t or don’t want to drive by yourself to this places. Im glad we chose this one
John was a fantastic guide and a very skilled driver! He was so knowledgeable and shared great information that made our visit to every location very special. We enjoyed this tour very much and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in seeing a very beautiful part of the country only an hour or so outside of Dublin.
Really enjoyed this day tour to Wicklow! The itinerary is well planned and Richard was a 10/10 guide: he is super knowledgeable and made the tour a success. Very recommended!
We loved this tour and never wanted it to end! Matt was our guide, he was extremely knowledgeable with the ability to make everything easy to understand and interesting. Our tour was the same day as the hurricane, but Matt helped us to ignore the weather conditions and feel as if we were on a real adventure!
Even though it was a rainy cold day, Matt, our tour guide and bus driver, made the trip so interesting and full of history. The senic route over the mountains was foggy and liw visibility but we stopped at every spot promised.
This was a wonderful way to see some of the sights in the Wicklow area. Due to traffic in Dublin, our guide was quite late, and our group was worried that we were waiting in the wrong place. All came out well, and the day was great!
Our tour guide Matt displayed a tremendous amount of knowledge of the mountain area, Powerscourt and Glendalough. Matt went out of his way to ensure that we had an excellent experience. The sites were breathtaking.
Matt made our day in Wicklow, Powerscourt and Glendalough a wonderful Ireland memory. He told us lots of tidbits and information that helped us understand what we were seeing. Matt is very intelligent! The bus was comfortable and lunch stop at Poppies was good too. I highly recommend Hilltop tours and Matt!
