Picked up on time , nice comfortable bus , good guide, everything explained about the trip, Great trip in all , salt mine was absolutely amazing, highly recommended
Loved all aspects of the trip from our pocket rocket guide Natalya, the underground churches to the pit lift ride at the end. Well worth it.
It was a really cool place. Make sure to put on some comfortable shoes as you will be walking a lot.
Really good tour, be warned lots of steps! Some interesting facts and amazing sculptures. Only downside was that my receiver didn’t pick up the tour guide’s commentary very well at times so I missed quite a bit of what he was saying, a shame as he clearly knew his stuff
It was amazing to see the vast spaces and many sculptures of salt! Easy walkable areas and steps but be prepared to do lots of it to see many areas. There are a few shops underground to buy food/drink souvenirs on the way around the tour. It’s a must to go in a small group tour as more facts are heard and more time to look at everything! The animations are quite breath taking to watch. Margaret’s voice was nice to listen to and she explained everything well. Very well worth the money!!!
Absolutely amazing. The tour guide Tomasz was excellent and was such a lovely person with a great sense of humour and the lady who picked us up on the coach was fantastic. Well worth a visit
Pick up from hotel just a 2 min walk away was good. Our tour guide in the Salt Mine (Peter)
was very good and spoke good English
Great tour, extremely well organised. Picked up from the hotel and transferred then to another bus, where we had a lovely guide Barbara then also at the at mines Monica the guide was excellent. Would recommend booking this tour.
My husband and myself made our own way to the pick up point which was a 5 minute walk. A minibus then took us to the bus station where we changed to a coach and travelled to Wieliczka to visit the salt mines. The English speaking guide on the coach was very good and gave us all the information we needed. Once we arrived we were given 15 free time to use the loo and get a drink. We were then given headsets and met our English speaking guide in the mine and made our way down hundreds of wooden stairs and the mine was amazing and the guide was very good and funny. We had free time to buy goods from the souvenir shops too. We were then dropped back into Krakow main square. Would highly recommend using Viator for this trip and the Auchwitz one.
Excellent tour guide, amazing location. Incredible to find out the details of the mine and how long it has been operating! Definitely recommend
