Wonderful tour. Excellent guide and driver. Exquisite exhibits. Solemn memorials to monarchs, fine art, armor, marble statues and grave stones, furniture, tapestries and more. So much history here!

Windsor Castle, Queen Mary’s Dollhouse and St. George’s Church are worth the visit. The optional lunch seemed odd that it wasn’t in Windsor as well. It was at a pub back in London. We could have planned that ourselves. Kinda disappointing.

Our bus had a mechanical problem so we left 2 hrs later. Missed part of our tour. Could have skipped Oxford, and spent more time at Downton!

Our guide, Lucy, was not as informative as hoped & spoke too quickly. She advised us where to wait for our driver, Chris, who would return us to London. After waiting at least a half hour we had to find Chris in the parking lot. He wasn’t familiar with restaurant where we were lunching , asked for its address & got lost. Lunch was very good though & staff efficient

Actually seeing Windsor Castle...exquisite! Bus tour was great and interesting commentary by Lucy. Lunch of fish and chips at the pub afterwards topped off a great day! I only wish I had booked a full day in Windsor as I would have loved time to look around this gorgeous town!

This tour was the worst we have ever taken. It was totally unorganized from the beginning to the end!

We all were on a bus----there were two tour groups----us and another tour that went to other locations while we had to catch another bus to get back home----the guide who was sweet was a bit scattered and left us a bit confused as to what was happening. We were able to set around and find our return bus---on our own by this time---and get back to London where we walked to the pub where we were having lunch which was good but it would help if they organized a bit better---or maybe just set up two buses for this shorter tour.

Was a great little trip. Enjoyed the castle very much. The town was wonderful. The Fish and Chips lunch was delicious.

Windsor Castle was absolutely lovely and definitely should be on everyone's list of must sees. Entry does include an audio recording tour headset to walk you through the exhibits in the castle. Premium Tour was more of just the ride by coach bus to/from the castle. The guide on the bus out to Windsor was nice, funny, somewhat informative and entertaining. The queing was a bit long and boring, I would have assumed priority entry when booking a tour. I was pretty much expecting to enter the castle as soon as I got there. Unfortunately there was not enough time to walk through the downtown shops or Windsor before having to get on the bus back to Victoria station. I did find the ride back boring, it was just the bus driver and he had nothing to ad to the experience. Overall if you do not want to hassle with the tube or other modes of transportation out to Windsor then this is the best way to go.

Our guide was Leon and bus driver Chris. They were both so splendid! The bus was extremely comfortable and clean. Leon’s commentary was quite enjoyable, entertaining, and fascinating. The amount of time to see Windsor was just right. We would do it again!
