Starting at the historical St. Paul's Chapel, the little chapel that withstood the destruction of the events of 911, you'll learn its ties to the birth of our nation. The tour also introduces FDNY Captain John Jonas and his team "the Dragon Fighters." There we'll continued to an overlook of the World Trade Center Memorial Plaza. From this vantage, one could see the entire complex which includes One World Trade Center, the Reflecting Pools, and the 911 Museum.

The tour proceeds to the World Financial Center. Here you learn about the little known Operation Aegis. The largest rescue by sea in history. Where over 500,000 civilians were evacuated by watercrafts of all sizes. Next we'll visit the reconstructed Winter Gardens, the $60 million 10 story glass pavilion that was devastated during the attacks of September 11th. Next we'll visit the Eleven Tears Memorial, dedicated to the eleven American Express employees lost on that day.

Concluding at the new World Trade Center complex, your guide will detail its design and construction. The guide will also cover the mystery of the lost gold and silver reserves of Building Four. In addition, you'll learn about the Survivor Tree, its resilience, survival and rebirth.

  • Great tour. Absolutely outstanding guide, Marc!

  • This was really good tour. Frank was awesome wish all tour guides were Frank!

  • A telling of the events of 911 through the experiences of a firefighter unit. Thorough and a good walk around the entire area. Perhaps a little too-much detail but great enthusiasm for the subject matter. Knowledgeable tour guide and able to answer all of our questions. It is long so if you don't have the patience for it, chose something shorter. Our group enjoyed it very much.

  • Our tour guide Andrew was very pleasant, knowledgeable,
    and informative

  • This was a great tour honoring the heroes of 911. Happy we did this one with a guide that told and showed us the events of September 11th. Very informative and touching. Our teenage son also enjoyed the tour. We highly recommend!

  • Our tour guide Alison kept us as dry on a miserable rainy day. She showed us never seen photos of the events and shared many arcane details. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

  • love it,our tourguide Richard was so knowledgable as he detailed the history of 911, he spoke loudly and very plainly so as entire group could heard his comments. I and #39;ve learn a lot and #34;behind the scene and #34; of what happend, I also love the way he used photo from before and after.not just history but flash.

  • A beautifully organized and well thought out tour to remember. We walked through the complexes in awe as we relived the events of 9/11. The tour guide took us through a timeline of the events with historical photos from the attacks to the rescues, which highlighted the heroes, NYC firefighters. I couldn't put into works how much I enjoyed the tour and how touched I was.

  • This was a really great tour. Our tour guide Andrew did an amazing job narrating the events of 9/11. He included the story of ladder 6 the survivors of stairwell b. It was a cold day so I was glad most of the tour took place indoors. Our guide had many historical photos of that day. He used those photos as a contrast between how a place looked during the day of 9/11 and how it looks today. Wow! Revealing!! Worth every penny. If possible, get Andrew as your tour guide.
