  • Frank was our tour guide and he was great , very informative and friendly, would recommend this tour

  • First off, it was an icy winter day but Frank our tour guide took us on the most fabulous and knowledgeable walking tour of the 911 memorial and surrounding area. Frank has his heart in this tour and the highest respect for the heroes, survivors and survivor families as he passionately tells the story of that tragic day in history. He was considerate enough to alter parts of the tour to indoors due to the cold weather. Spectular views and true facts await you on this lively tour. A definite must do!

  • We booked for our group including 5 teens as we wanted a personalized experience. Our local guide, Frank was amazing. His emotion-filled stories including loss of two best friends and photographs added so much meaning and hope. We highly recommend this tour that follows 6 firefighters on 9/11. POWERFUL!

  • This tour was amazing!! We all really enjoyed it, the guide was very informative and interesting, would highly recommended.

  • Andrew was excellent. He is a very good storyteller. I would recommend it to friends. Excellent value.

  • Great tour. Absolutely outstanding guide, Marc!

  • This was really good tour. Frank was awesome wish all tour guides were Frank!

  • A telling of the events of 911 through the experiences of a firefighter unit. Thorough and a good walk around the entire area. Perhaps a little too-much detail but great enthusiasm for the subject matter. Knowledgeable tour guide and able to answer all of our questions. It is long so if you don't have the patience for it, chose something shorter. Our group enjoyed it very much.

  • Our tour guide Andrew was very pleasant, knowledgeable,
    and informative
