  • I've done many WTC walking tours over the years, and this one was better than any other one I've done. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Having headsets really helped to stay with the group, go at your own pace, but not miss any of the information from the guide. I learned a lot, even having taken many similar tours before. Our guide knew all the best spots for photo opportunities, and allowed time for quiet reflection at the memorial. My only gripe, is that the One World Observatory wasn't really worth it. It's very busy, they try to nickle and dime you before you go up to the observation deck, and personally, I enjoyed the views from the Empire State or Rockefeller Center more.

  • Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable about the subjects of the tour and everything NYC relate. My 10 year old son was captivated during the whole experience. My only regret is not booking more tours similar to this.
