Yoga is the union of body and the mind are part of one continuum of existence, the mind being more subtle than the body. It is believed that as the body and mind are brought into balance and health, the individual will be able to perceive his true nature; this will allow life to be lived more freely and spontaneously.
Yoga instructor will guide you through this journey of self-discovery. The session will start with the basics of Yoga. You will learn how to do Pranayama, the art of breathing. This will be followed by an introduction to the gentle poses of Yoga followed by Asana (physical postures). Regular practice of Yoga Asanas will help in stress relief, inner peace, improved immunity, and control over mind and emotions.
The final session will be focusing on relaxation and Meditation. This will help rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Specifically, it helps to calm the self, relieves stress, relaxes the body, reduces fatigue & insomnia and lowers blood pressure.
